Purchased a 4 ft tube light fitting and 2 x LED tubes, cost approx £30.00...both tubes failed within 6 months. I lost my receipt and they refuse to change the tubes, saying they want the receipt...I'm sure they could quite easily find the bill of sale from my card number and address....but they want to make a bad name for themselves over £20.00 worth of LED tubes and rubbish tubes at that...to add insult to injury, they offered to sell me some new tubes...HA!..don't buy Crompton rubbish from here, go to Maxwells DIY and buy some proper tubes.
