Facial moisturizer not as thick and moisturizing as expected.
The products I selected were for sensitive skin. One wasn't as moisturizing as expected and the other product contained fragrance so I can't use it.

No longer a value, but I'm addicted to my ABC routine.
I am all but addicted to the vitamin C capsules and the super drops. I also really enjoy the acid cleanser. However, the other items I've tried have been meh. The chocolate candle is lovely, but not worth the price. The vitamin C drops broke me out, I can only use the capsules. The body scrubs and shower gels are "spa" scented, which doesn't appeal to me. I prefer more variety to my shower gels and scrubs, and enjoy gourmands and fruit scents.. The pump on the shower gel is also very cheaply made. WalMart shower gels have nicer packaging. The makeup products are nothing special. I'm a cosmetics enthusiast, and the BP offerings aren't keeping up with the quality or variety that I can get from other more popular locations. I keep coming back for my "ABC" routine, but I don't appreciate having to purchase the subscription, when everything else I've tried has been just "fine".

I truly love BP and their products, BUT
I truly love BP and their products. However, I tried to use codes I was sent by BP when I was shorted a product in a shipment and they did not work. I understood that the codes were good for one year so I did not rush to use them but waited until I had another order. Not sure what to do now so I guess I'll try customer service .

Pathetic customer service
Although my shipping address (same as billing) was correct when I placed the order, somehow you shipped to an old address. I double checked everything- I have no idea how someone could possible make such a pathetic error. I had to contact you several times in order to correct your mistake. After over a month of back and forth you finally sent me a replacement package. No apologies, no recognition of the mistake, no thanks for the order or being a long time customer. The membership makes the products overpriced, which is fine, but a company making this type of product should have some customer service. It should never take a month to re-ship and order you didn't send. I trustworthy business would refund the entire order for the mistake, and shady business would AT LEAST throw in some samples. This entire experience was just pathetic.

So happy I stumbled onto Beauty Pie. I've been a member going on three years now and have enjoyed so many new quality products! My skin care routine really kicked up a notch when I found Beauty Pie. I love looking at the reviews and seeing women of my age also taking advantage of these wonderful products.

returns are horrible, but I love the products.
I love the product, I place an order almost monthly, I don’t use any other beauty products because I’m so satisfied with the quality, but if there is a product malfunction or issue causing reason for returning or exchange; good grief it’s difficult, they make you take multiple photos and describe the issue, often asking for additional photos to be sent. Just let me send the product back and beauty pie can see the issue first hand. This back and forth is a waste of time. I had an eyeshadow stick that was stuck in the tube on arrival. I still don’t have the refund or exchange over a month later. Not good customer service for being a member, by the way I rarely need to ask for a refund. But if I do, it should never be this much work to justify the reason.
