Excellent price and free shipping was a plus! Super fast shipping and great communication. I love it! I had a Tommy Bahama bedding set for 10 years and it finally started to fall apart, that is why I ordered this one. I always machine washed the set for the 10 years and it held up until recently. Highly recommend!!!

The price was good compared to other…
The price was good compared to other sources for the quilt but since we had to pay shipping the bottom line came out the same. UPS lost track of our purchase so it took 10 days to get the item we ordered. We are used to 2 day free shipping when ordering from Amazon. Lesson learned.

Need customer service
When I placed my order I noticed immediately I ordered the wrong thing. I called and left a message immediately and no one ever returned my call. I called again two days later no answer no return call. I now have two pillows to return completed a return and it has taken several days without a return approval. Again I called, only voice mail no person.

Thank you so much for shipping to me here in Kauai!! I absolutely LOVE my Laura Ashley wisteria King quilt set!! I have a wonderful, very expensive, handmade Hawaiian quilt with matching shams, and toss pillows which is truly beautiful. I also have wonderful kitties that have the run of our comfortable home!!! This is just the thing to be able to use daily and still look nice, be washable and keep looking nice and well worn with each washing!! Where my Hawaiian set is more heirloom quality!This one just “looks the part”. I just love it!! Plus, the kitties are happy, too! Thanks again!!

I'm trying to return a purchase
I'm trying to return a purchase, but it looks like the company is going out of business. They state on their website that they will still honor returns, but I have no idea where to send my shipment. I've called, and you're only able to leave a message, you can't actually wait to speak to someone. Very frustrated by this experience. Hoping to get an email response or a phone call while I'm within my 30 day window to return my order. Grrr!

Beware of this company
When I had purchased the comforter set Patti Labelle (Swing Time) it didn't look exactly I saw online. It was shown a lot lighter. The One I received was darker. I decided to keep it. In the set I received a defective decorative pillow. I called customer service to report it. They had told me to send it back, would send me a mailing label. They never did till I called again. Finally weeks later I was able to ship the pillow back as exchange, but I never received another exchanged decorated pillow, or received any confirmation it was delivered. I have called 3-4 times stating my rma # no body has contacted me. Now bedding style isn't taking orders, only working with return orders within 30 days. I had reported and sent everything back in a timely matter. I notice a lot of customers are being treated poorly from reading their feedbacks. I am very disappointed in this company. I'm thinking seriously reporting them to better business. This experience with this company is not good. I'm not a happy consumer. Buyer beware!!!!
