One of the worst companies I have ever…

One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. I am trying to get my crypto back from them, it was sent via revolut to them, they asked me to upload a video, I have done it 6 times and every single time I upload a new video they ask for something different. I have removed the rest of my crypto to another exchange and will be bringing them to court. Shocking Company

To credit XRP Binance insisted on use of video camera while proving only 6% of space needed to upload

To credit XRP sent from Gate (See Gate for beginning) Binance wanted Selfies of myself, videos of email exchange between myself and Gate, and videos of transactions of XRP within Gate. Only way to above upload was in a portal attached to an email from Binance. Binance did not accept, laptop screen recordings, word files, computer screen shots or even providing above information in separate files. Binance demanded all three of above had to be taken with a smart camera in one single uninterrupted take. It is by far the least efficient way to share above information. For instance, lap top screen recordings can be done with as low as 1 fps, which produced a file of 12 MB. Word files or Screenshots take up much less space. Slowest possible phone recording is 30 fps, which led to completed file of about 400MB as opposed to portal’s limit. of 30 MB. Hard to believe Binance not aware of this. To remove any doubt, I stated that I could provide all evidence Binance requested, only if I could use other media as outlined above, or if they insisted on Camera recording it had to be accessed through the cloud. Binance gave no answer to concerns, instead, using a camera recording in a single take even though both Binance and I knew this was and is physically impossible. The only reason I can see for Binance placing both excessive demands, and insisting on a single media, while limiting access to Binance, is to ensure failure, while alleging I did nothing to meet their requests.

I had a bad experience with this company. I never knew that things like this would happen to me with them because I thought I was at the right place, but when I requested a withdrawal, that is when I understood that I had been in the wrong hands. I lost all of my money to them. But #Crop Mines..# has changed everything for the better. No delays, and they pay promptly.

Binance is honestly just about fees.

Binance is honestly just about fees. Service fee. Network fee. Gas fee. Fee after fee after fee. Every time you try to do anything, they take more money. It feels like the app only exists to charge users instead of helping them. Not user-friendly at all. Just frustrating and expensive. Not recommended.

Closing up my account is not…

Closing up my account is not acceptable. I had a lot of stable assets within it and they was no response from their customer support. Did all the kyc required but nothing happened over the months. I would never have thought recovery was possible with them if I wasn’t enlightened about their scam. I reached out to GlobalAidRecovery with experts that made me see it was much more than I thought. I filed for a recovery and they helped me through the process of that. I took less time than i expected and I would never use binance again.

Very poor experience

I wouldn't recommend Binance if you're looking to invest. Their policy is extremely controversial in the sense that they say your account is verified after you have completed your registration, making you think it's all good. Then you make your first trade/investment, which also goes smoothly, only to find out that when you want to close it (at a profit or loss), you are now required to provide additional information regarding your account. That would be just a small inconvenience if the process of that verification were quick and smooth. Nothing close. After providing everything they've asked for, they are still not verifying my account, as they have made INCORRECT calculations based on the information I have provided. Ridiculous. In the meantime, I am not able to do anything with my open position, exposing me to significant risks. Still waiting for them to resolve this... RFI-20260210-0000233

I’ve been using Binance for a couple of years, but my recent experience has been absolutely frustrating and disappointing. Everything started when I tried to withdraw a decent portion of my holdings after some market gains. Suddenly, my account got flagged for risk control or additional verification, and my withdrawal request was stuck in pending status for over three weeks. I couldn’t even access parts of my portfolio properly, some features were restricted, and I kept getting error messages about compliance checks. I opened multiple support tickets through the app and website. Responses were either automated replies telling me to wait patiently or copy-paste messages asking for the same documents I’d already uploaded multiple times. Customer support felt completely unresponsive, days would pass with no real update, and when I finally got a human reply, it was short, unhelpful, and didn’t solve anything. The whole process dragged on for nearly a month, leaving me stressed and unable to move my own funds. I almost gave up when i met with a specialist who helped me with the issue i was facing, he walked me through the whole process, asked for some documents which i provided, it took a while but it worked. I managed to withdraw my funds out from captive. While I’m relieved the money eventually came through, the entire ordeal was unacceptable for a platform of Binance’s size. Easy deposits, but getting your money out shouldn’t feel like pulling teeth. Poor communication, endless delays, and reliance on finally reaching one competent specialist shouldn’t be the norm. I’ve lost a lot of trust and won’t be keeping large amounts here anymore. if youre dealing with any issues, ask, i can tell you who helped me.

For the second time, my digital assets have been stolen d time

For the second time, my digital assets have been stolen from my Binance account... The first time I did not object even though I informed them of what happened... But this time I am certain that the theft was orchestrated by Binance itself... The addresses to which the digital assets were withdrawn are not on my whitelist. This list is supposed to protect user accounts. I would also like to point out that after the first theft, I changed everything in my account with them regarding account security requirements... but to no avail. "Technical glitch at 00:00:00 cost me 1 BTC - Unfair support!"

"I hit exactly 00:00:00 in the Binance BTC Button game and have clear video evidence of the timer staying at zero. Despite this visual proof, Binance support refuses to honor the win, blaming 'server sync issues'. If the app shows 00:00:00, it's a technical failure on Binance's end, not the user's. Hiding behind technical jargon after showing 00:00:00 to a user is unfair and misleading. Case ID: CC8834107. I will share the video proof everywhere until this is resolved fairly. Update (Feb 23, 2026): Binance's reply here is as dismissive as their chat support. They claim they provided "relevant information," but that information was just an offer for a 30-day VIP upgrade to silence me about hitting 00:00:00. I have officially REJECTED their VIP bribe because a fee discount does not fix a technical glitch that cost me 1 BTC. If you really want to resolve this, stop sending me back to the same chat agents and have a Senior Manager review my video evidence of hitting 00:00:00. Case ID: #157260838.

Binance blocked my account without any notice and reason, When I asked them why the did this, After long waiting times they just reply one thing that cannot tell why they closed , I mean are you kidding me, you blocked my account with funds in it and telling me you don't know reason even if you do you cannot tell me that reason, WTF just say you are scammers in style stealing peoples money, I wonder what law is doing.
