Delayed item
It was estimated to be deliver the week of February 17th and now my new estimated delivered is 2-3 possibly 4 weeks later. Will be calling in the morning to try and cancel the order due to the new timeline.

Sent the wrong item
Sent the wrong item. When I reached out and chatted with a representative, he was very nice and offered to send the correct item. I was told it would be her yesterday. Not only did it not arrive, now could be February 20th before it arrives if at all, because I’m not trusting it will.
