EZ Returns??
EZ Returns??? Nothing of the kind. Poor customer service and bad attitudes! I just attempted to return this purchase, in the store, for a smaller size and got all kinds of bad customer service. First I was told that the canvas had a crease and was not returnable. A crease? I tried to explain that I had nothing to do with a crease on the product and just wanted to exchange it for a smaller size. They refused my request and when i asked to speak to the owner, Marcus, I was told that "He won't refund you or exchange it" and was not even given the opportunity to speak with him. I asked what about the return policy and got a list of excuses, such as it has to be within 10 days. I just got the package at my home 3 days ago!!! Never again will I attempt to do business with this company and suggest that everyone avoid it at your own risk. I am now stuck with a piece of worthless canvas to the tune of $139.00 due to their greedy business tactics. Don't let it happen to you!
