Great at collecting money, subpar at everything else.
The Boca Raton resort ONLY provides EXCEPTIONAL customer service in the collection of payments. Party planning? Nope, no response. Timely calls from the different departments to plan a $20,000 party that we have paid in full for? Nope still no response. Assistance for employees of our company to get rooms squared away for said party? Haha, you guessed it, no. Request a payment link for the final payment for the party (already paid)? INSTANT REPLY. The Boca Raton Resort should be ashamed and embarrassed of themselves. I have gotten better customer service at a Motel 6. Absolutely trash customer service, and a horrendous look for this resort. This will be the LAST TIME, we sign up for anything with this hotel.

I love this hotel. This hotel is always an incredible visit for me and my boyfriend. Opulent and romantic. The blue is our favorite restaurant and all the amenities. I haven't seen a spa-like this in a while!!

Worst place to stop! Management are a waste of time! They kick you out if they don't like you and come up with poor excuses. Do not waste your money and come here. Go elsewhere. Dirty rooms, hairs all over the bath! Broken accessories. Room smells of dogs and damp!
