TRAVIS: STELLAR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. EXCEPTIONALLY CARINGAND KNOWLEDGEABLE
My experience exceeded all my expectations almost infinitely. travis was the key to making things happen for me.He was very diligent, very professional in his customer service requests and performance.He is most definitely an asset to the team. My situation was rather unique in that I attempted to reconnect with bright. However, I was using my new telephone number since I had lost my phone. Previously, the one that was used to do the original fund request. And they also only knew the Email of the original request , but I have no idea what the password is so with nothing less than a Herculean effort.Travers was able to piece together the present with the past so that I can go ahead and recreate a brand new\nFunding request. the major glitch was social security information could not be found with my new telephone number and new email, and Travis made this happen with due diligence and expediency. I'm most grateful for his professionality. His customer service skills and his genuine care in Addressing my plight

I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience with Bright Money. I signed up for their credit repair services, and they were supposed to charge me an annual fee of $97 on February 27th. Instead, they charged me on March 3rd—right when my rent was due. This caused an insufficient funds issue in my account, leading to a late fee. I am extremely frustrated by this misstep and the financial consequences it caused. I expected more professionalism and accuracy in handling fees. I would not recommend them based on my experience. this technical issue caused me $169 in late fee
