Such a con was offered 45% discount as a first time customer, but the code didn’t work on their website. Nor did it show the discount and the order went in at full price. I cancelled the order via email within 10 minutes but they still shipped the items and took my money. Terrible customer service I would never recommend them or buy from them again. I’m sick of sending emails with not positive solution. The company should look at its website and put in a process to check orders for customer cancellations before sending out any items.Their return policy states sender pays postage but the parcel is big and heavy and will cost £20 or more to return to get my £51 refund. There are much better companies out there to spend your hard earned money with!
