I bought 4 pair of socks online. I received three pair.I contacted burlington per email. They send me a very LARGE form to fill in. And they have all my information in my account!I had to fill in this form for “ technical reasons”, the woman said.After some mails, they refused to send me an other pair of socks if I didn’t fill in the form. Un-be-lie-ve-bel!!

Atrocious Professional Demaenor Ceased
As a regular consumer , this is one of the bargain franchises that I admire. After today, I second that emotion. This girl had the audacity to tell me to bring my items back to where I bought them after waiting a whole hour. I told her and the manager on duty HECK NO can't do ! I've never had to do that before in Burlington, so why now?! They were acting as if I didn't purchase (assuming I stole them)those clothes at all with my proof right in front of them! Also they made up lies saying none of my merch was coming up in there register as they were scanning my receipts (smdh) I had to show them which items were which ! A SHAME.( I'm am not an employee and I wasn't paid for that)How would anyone feel if that was done to you once to many?!!! people on the clock nowadays are shameless.Those employees at that store need a reality check & be terminated asap for poor conduct at this wack location ! I'm tired of standing up to people with a negative chip on their shoulder! If y'all don't have time to treat others with respect DON'T COME TO WORK! STAY HOME with that DISPOSABLE ATTITUDE! CLEARLY ( I WON'T KEEP TOLERATING IT ) PERIOD. Leave IT straight in the compost, where it belongs!

I went to Burlington coat factory today I walked in the front door and I was looking at a text message so my head was down. The loss prevention officer Bron had the entrance blocked off and stopped me and said you need to look up at camera before you can come in here. I was extremely offended and for what it was worth I was wearing business attire. Bron stated it’s not me it’s the company policy well I hope covid doesn’t come back then what would your company do? All and any future customers get ready to smile if not no entrance. WOW

False advertising - misleading product
Unfortunately, I had to do a last minute purchase on my way to Portugal, which was a raincoat. On the way to the airport, there was a Burlington Coat Factory and silly me, I trusted they would sell raincoats as their labels indicated. I purchased a Calvin Klein "raincoat" for over $50.00 to only get soaking wet during my trip to Europe, and on top of everything I caught a terrible cold as a result of getting wet. I called the store to find out if I could return the horrible coat for a store credit, and the sales person said "you need to be a loyalty member or show a receipt." I am sure I lost the receipt between the airport in Tampa and Portugal, and there is NO WAY I would ever become a loyalty member of a business that sells products to mislead their customers. STAY AWAY FROM BURLINGTON COAT FACTORY!

Burlington is definitely my go too store for myself, family & others. I have never not gone to Burlington & not come away without things I needed or didn't need:). I just Love this store. I hv gotten the most beautiful clothes for myself & my family, as well as gifts throughout the years for various occasions. The prices are reasonable to me, & the selection can be good if you hit the store at just the right time, especially during the holiday season. I can be in the store for hours checking out everything on both levels of the store I consider my home store. I have gotten so many compliments on the clothes shoes & accessories I have bought from Burlington. It is my first stop when I am out shopping, but get there early for the Best selections. I am always excited whenever I know it is my day to shop, because I know I will find somethings I just can't live without. Simply put, I LOVE BURLINGTON!

three entire carts were shoplifted and asset protection couldn’t have cared less. I offered them the license plate and photos, and they didn’t even bother. This is exactly why prices are skyrocketing — the lack of accountability is just as bad as the shoplifters.

Correction 0 stars. DO NOT SHOP HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY. I was NOT able to return without my receipt because they never asked for my phone number at checkout last week. They used to be able to swipe credit cards to capture the transaction but they DO NOT do this anymore. I was NOT able to get my money back or store credit although I showed them my account transaction on my phone. No way of returning my purchase. And they did not give me the corporate number. Trust me this phone number system has flaws and there is no back up system for any customer that was not asked to enter a phone number. Oh and looking for your receipt at corporate is not an option as per store management. They are garbage.

I have been fitting bathrooms for nearly 20 years and for the money I have never fitted such poor quality products as Burlington. Every job I’ve done where the client has supplied Burlington there has been a problem with st least one product. For example most recently I fitted a concealed shower valve. Usually takes roughly 18 turns of ptfe to seal a 1/2” or 3/4” male to female connection. The valve leaked on the hot inlet. I removed the valve cleaned up the fitting and then applied 25 turns of ptfe tape refitted the valve and it leaked again so tried an excessive 32 turns of ptfe tape to only find it leaked again. Burlington supplied me with a replacement valve which after going though the same process that also leaked. Finally Burlington managed to find one that didn’t leak. But by this time 2 weeks had passed meaning the client was not happy due to it being their only bathroom and now extended the time they couldn’t use it. My tiler had to be put back twice. Burlington assured me they would reimburse me and the client for the inconvenience once they’re tested the valves themselves. 3 months have now passed with little or no information from Burlington. When I finally got an answer they told me they had tested the valves and there was no leaks. So no reimbursement for the inconvenience to my client or myself. To add insult to injury I had to then return to the job as the thermostatic valve has now packed up on the shower valve which also had to be replaced so more lost time and still no compensation. in summary AVOID BURLINGTON AT ALL COSTS. THE PRODUCTS ARNT FIT FOR PORPOSE AND THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT TEAM ARE AS USFUL AS A CHOCOLATE KETTLE

As to a certain Burlington, without naming any, id Like to put a rather Ungrateful kid on notice and say when your Loving Mother who's always loved and always cared for you souly, Dies! after such a long battle with cancer and you never see her because that's what you choose, You will be living with so much pain later on internally when you snap out of whatever brewhaha you've engaged yourself in that it will hurt very badly. I certainly don't recommend it . You can feel good about yourself now and later by making the right decision.

On 8/13/2025 at 6:04 PM. The Burlington in Grand Prairie, TX 75025. Each and every time I walk into Burlington; the security has the store roped off and on my entrance he or she says to the fact that they are trying to keep the customers safe so that is why they are letting customers in after this spill. I was telling the security guard ℹ didn’t want to hear his spill; because he wasn’t there to protect the customers! I asked to speak to the manager Shaquan !! The security wanted to say why do I need to see the manager. He was just doing his job. If he really was there to protect; I would not have a problem with it. The manager said that the security was supposed to say this to all the customers!! I told her he didn’t say that to a younger white couple. I was wondering was that age discrimination. Instead of her taking security to the side she told him in front of me and the other customers; he is supposed to say that to all the customers. That was poor management you do not correct someone in front of people ! I explained to the manager that if anything broke out in the store the security guard would not be available to help me or anyone else in the store. I told Shaquan you I both know that he would not be able to serve and protect because he is security. This statement they have security saying is misleading.I spoke with customer service rep. Diana! 8/14/25 10:40 AM. I explained my complaint. Diana said something to the effect that a person 🧍 might not be dressed inappropriately or in other words look like a suspect!!! This is type casting criminals !!! It sounds like discriminatory treatment to me. Criminal come in all colors!! They look different ways !!! I see why they have low reviews they don’t care about customer service.

Disappointing Shopping Experience at Burlington - Lacking Sizes and Damaged GoodsMy recent trip to several Burlington Coat in Chicago. I was incredibly frustrating and left me feeling very dissatisfied. I went in hoping to find some t-shirts and a pair of size 11 shoes, but encountered significant issues with both product availability and quality.Firstly, the selection of t-shirts was extremely limited, particularly when it came to sizes. I ended up having to settle for a size I didn't want simply because my preferred size was nowhere to be found. This immediately diminishes the shopping experience, forcing customers to compromise rather than find what they truly need.To make matters worse, one of the t-shirt packages I purchased was clearly tampered with. It was an open package, and upon closer inspection, it was evident that someone had attempted to steal from it, leaving a noticeable dye stain. This is completely unacceptable. As a customer, I expect to purchase new, undamaged merchandise, and having to return an item due to prior theft attempts and damage is a major inconvenience.The shoe department was equally disappointing. Despite actively searching, I couldn't find a single pair of size 11 shoes on the shelves. For a store of Burlington's size, it's surprising and frustrating to find such a complete lack of a common shoe size.Overall, my recent visit to Burlington was a waste of time and effort. The severe lack of available sizes across different product categories, coupled with the issue of damaged and tampered merchandise, made for a very poor shopping experience. I hope Burlington can address these issues to ensure a better experience for future customers. They need new buyers, because their clearly not doing a great job.

None of the managers or workers came to assist with what happened. I have a big knot in the back of my head and severe headache. The whole Burlington staff was 0% helpful! While waiting in the Line on March 13, 2025 at 2:25 pm. At the East main street location. The manager felt it was best to pull my cart to the side and call people who only had 2 or 3 items ahead of me. Had I been asked I probably wouldn't have minded. When I asked her why she was calling people a head of me, She stated, "she needs to get her line down". After waiting in line for 15 minutes and to be what I thought was next in line. Just to be completely disrespected. I just walked out, leaving my $300 cart sitting there. Not only did this business lose money but now you have to put it all away. I get what she thought she was doing, but she obviously is not well versed in business. I do most of my shopping online and today was just a reminder to keep it that way. People suck!
