Favourite product found!!
When you have a favourite product and it all of a sudden is no longer available in Canada, it’s nice to know that you can still order it and have it shipped. I always order 10 lipsticks and the shipping cost is minimal. Thank you BuyMeBeauty!!

Proceed with Caution!!Placed an order and received an empty envelope.They did not attempt to help in any way, only saying to contact the postal service, of which they had little to no insurance to cover items!We had to dispute through our bank, which we won and were given a refund!Never again!

Foundation expiring in 2 months
Sold foundation with expiration dates within 2 months and did not indicate on site or notify me. Now wants me to drive 30 miles to return to a post office for any refund.I sent pictures of the items in question with lot numbers. I'm not driving that far so you can throw it away. I emailed your team and asked even for a partial credit and they refused.+Follow up, review updated from 1 star to 3 stars after refund offered. Thank you

Three of my items were broke.
I like getting cosmetics here but the last time 3 of my items were broken. One eye shadow was in pieces, one eye shadow was missing a segment and the end fell off of a wand. I would like them replaced but you do not answer the phone.

An almost perfect color match!
My products came quickly and they were as described. I had been searching for a replacement for Maybeline Color Sensational's Violet Vixen. The 2 shades ordered were very similar, with one being a perfect match. I will be shopping with you again!
