My first-ever casino trip—a hard-earned vacation for my wife and me—was transformed into a multi-day hostage situation by Tropicana Atlantic City and Caesars Sportsbook. This isn't just "bad service"; it is a systemic failure and a scam.1. The Hotel "Bait and Switch" (Tropicana NJ)• The Room Fraud: We paid for an Ocean View. We were given a view of a wall and a broken fridge. After being forced to pay again for an upgrade, we were moved to a room where you could barely see a sliver of water if you hung out the window.• Maintenance Abuse: In the final room (a "suite" with no working AC), the maintenance man actually verbally assaulted and interrogated my wife while she was having an anxiety attack. He told her she "shouldn't have gotten such a big room" if she wanted the heat to work and flat-out refused to fix it because he was "quitting anyway."• Negligence: Bell services took 4 hours to deliver our bags. Room service never showed up. Trash piled up for three days. Management never offered a single apology for the harassment my wife suffered.2. Sportsbook & Online Casino: A Digital RiggingAs a daily user of the Caesars Sportsbook app in Maryland, I can confidently say this platform is fraudulent.• Manipulated Lines: I have watched the app change spreads and picks after they were locked in.• The "Boost" Scam: The "Toggle" feature for profit boosts is designed to fail; you switch it on, but by the time the bet places, it reverts to the original odds, cheating you out of your payout.• Zero Rewards: After spending thousands, they didn't just fail to provide rewards—they wiped my entire profile of Tier Credits and Rewards the moment I filed a formal complaint.3. Corporate GhostingThe customer service is a black hole. I have called corporate five times. Each time, I am routed to an offshore call center where the staff is rude, dismissive, and refuses to escalate to a supervisor. They take your money instantly, but when they owe you a resolution, they "spin" you until you give up.4. Tax & Regulatory ConcernsBeware: This organization is inconsistent in reporting bets for tax purposes and operates with a complete lack of transparency. They prey on students and first-timers, knowing they can hide behind their fine print.VERDICT: If you value your money, your sanity, or your spouse's safety, stay away. The Horseshoe is the only property in their network that acts with any decency. Garbage support, slow payouts
Every other casino processes payouts immediately. These guys are slow as hell. I tested it out by only depositing a small amount and withdrawing a small amount ($6) and it's been over 24 hours. Many people also report it can take days to get their money. No kidding. If they take 24h for $6 then I sure as shit won't be depositing big here. Imagine if I was trying to withdraw $500 or $1000. Then we're looking at months practically lmao. Then their customer support is garbage. They don't know anything. You have to input your name, bday, phone number, address and everything EVERY time you speak to an agent. Then, the agent will ask you for ALL that information AGAIN. It's so stupid. They're just stalling for time because they don't know anything. Same bot-like generic responses. Casinos/sportsbooks with fast payouts:-Betmgm-Draftkings-Fanduel-Bet365Pretty much anywhere except shitty Caesar's. They'll gobble your money up instantly but when it's time to pay it takes days and nobody knows anything. UPDATE: They suspended my account right after making my review. This is malicious. Do NOT gamble with these guys. I'll update you if I actually get my money. UPDATE: Still haven't received my money. Still haven't received a call from a supervisor. When I asked who holds them accountable, they said that they don't know and refused to provide me with that information over the phone. Garbage support can't do anything. Oh! And they claim my account was suspended because I didn't provide any information about my occupation. I put "Freelancer" and then they were like, oh, you should've put "Self-employed". Total BS lmao. They are retaliating because of my negative review. Can't even go in and delete/permanently-exclude myself since I can't log in. Steer clear from these cockroaches and regard any positive reviews with major scrutiny. If they can't process 2 withdrawals of $6 and $12 in a whole 24hours (which is already too much time) then this is not the place to take seriously, especially if you're a high roller. Gah-lee.

Horrific company. Stole 5,000 off of me on a tennis bet that my player retired from. That has always been a voided bet but they are refusing to void it. I’ve had it happen numerous times and it always gets voided no matter how far into the match it is. Sometimes the other player retired and I never got paid out. DO NOT do business with this disgraceful company.

Caesars and Tropicana Casino host is the worst host (Francesca) that has ever worked in the casino industry. Incompetent and without a doubt the least responsive and caring person in the world. Doesnt know her job nor does she has any interest in replying to her customers. She has one job, to take care of customers. But is just so bad, its a disgrace by Caesars and Tropicana to allow her to have a job. Btw, she'll call you once every 6 months and call you "honey" and that is supposed to make everything right after not replying to one single email or text. If you have her as a host, go anywhere else. Also, they won't allow you to switch hosts, cause Caesars and Tropicana are the worst companies in casino. (Fran Barone)

Stay away from Ceasar's Sportsbook. Go with Draftkings or FanDuel. Ceasar's offered Missouri residents a new player bonus program. After I and another family member placed our bets and won, they denied us our money. If the bets were not allowed the app should have said, "hey these bets are not allowed and we would have placed different bets. Placed the same bets on the other betting sites and won and got our money. I will never use Ceasar's for betting ever again. I am also going to report them to a few agencies. If they would like to give us our bonus bet money back I will kindly update my review. The customer service is horrible. They disconnected before we were finished chatting. This is the worst Sportsbook ever. I wish I could give you 0 stars.

I recently stayed at Caesar’s Palace and unfortunately experienced a robbery during my visit. What made the situation even worse was the lack of cooperation and attention from the management in resolving the matter. Despite multiple attempts to communicate and seek assistance, the response was dismissive and unhelpful.As a guest, I expected not only a secure environment but also a proactive and empathetic approach when serious incidents occur. Sadly, this was not the case. Hosted the F1 last year on their grounds.The experience I purchased under the "Caesars Palace Formula 1 Experience" for the 2024 Grand Prix was misrepresented at the time of booking. The information available during purchase explicitly mentioned access to viewing platforms. However, these were non-existent, resulting in a subpar experience that was completely contrary to what was advertised.Furthermore, the inadequacies of the designated areas, the overcrowding, and the unforeseen additional VIP tiers that restricted the promised space left patrons feeling misled and undervalued. These issues were compounded by exorbitantly priced food and beverages, rendering the experience well below the standards one would reasonably expect from a premium Formula 1 event.Send multiple complaints since, not even one was responded to

I’m extremely disappointed with Caesars Sportsbook’s deceptive practices. I participated in their heavily advertised “Bet $1, Get $150 in Bonus Bets” promotion, followed all terms, and deposited funds, only to find the offer changed at their discretion. This bait-and-switch is unfair and feels like a scam—escalating to higher support hasn’t resolved it. Avoid this sportsbook unless you want to be misled.

Stay at Caesar’s Palace in November…
I stayed at Caesar’s Palace in November 2024 and had many issues. For a 5* hotel the carpets in the room are extremely worn. One of the staff getting the taxis was very rude and slammed the door into my friend’s arm. When we complained we were given a free breakfast and our upgrade invoice removed, but despite this we were incorrectly charged and it took ages to receive the refund once we were home. That same evening I walked back to our room and slipped badly on the marble floor and really hurt myself. There was water on the floor and a staff member noticed this, but instead of making the area safe, they left it unsupervised to get a cloth to wipe it up. In the meantime I slipped not knowing it was there and no hazard notice was left where it was wet. Help came to see how I was and took a statement from myself and my friend. That was the last I heard from them. I have since contacted the Risk team, as I was informed they would investigate the issue, but despite many emails, phone calls and voice messages left, I have received zero response. There was no apology, no checking on how I was. This is so poor and unacceptable - there is no concern for their guests welfare and safety.

Very very disgusted. First time I used Caesars sportsbook. I won a superbowl bet and could not withdraw my money. I went in person and they said it will be 24 hours for them to review it. I am also a Diamond plus card holder. I will never use this app again. If I don't get paid I am going to sue them.

I wish I could leave a one star review I spent $70,000 and win last statements for the past three years and over $30 wager that the computer system had a malfunction on where they need to fix the situation. I’ve contacted them plenty of times and they have not responded back . Huge Scam they robbed me of $30 wow who cares they lost a good customer I will never gamble with them again

I would give 0 stars. I deposited. They reneged on promos so I tried to withdraw. They said I had to make a bet with my withdrawal. I hit the bet for $50. Now they won't issue payment on same Paypal account I deposited with. My 2 choices for withdrawal: deposit $20 on another bank account (nope) or send them a pic of license to receive a check in 6-8 weeks. I don't trust them having any banking info or my ID. I'll say goodbye to the $50 and continue using DK,FD and MGM as they all have proven to pay right up

Updated review. App is bad. Company is worse. Took fraudulent charges from my account of over $3k. When I disputed them they resubmitted with addl charges for bank fees. Cost me so much to pay. I tried to split fraud costs with them and they continued charging me pushing my acct more negative. Sent several emails and service requests but always got "someone will contact you". No one EVER did. Opened numerous service requests. Horrible service. DO NOT USE EVER. Trust me.

Stayed at Caesars in Vegas over a weekend and I love my time there! Great choice of restaurants, amazing pool, great casino obviously. However, I'd say the rooms are now too old and worn out for a premier estate like this. Doesn't feel like you're getting value for your money room wise. Nonetheless it was super fun!
