Second visit and found it well stocked and the staff very friendly and willing to help. Only buying plant-pots but the lady at the counter went out of her way to give them a bit of packaging. Makes such a difference.
I purchased a lonicera from Camden Garden Centre 2.5 weeks ago which immediately developed a powdery mildew infection. I called for advice this evening and had a very unfortunate experience. The "manager" was abrupt, condescending, entirely lacking any knowledge (or unwilling to share it?), and had no customer service skills whatsoever. I suggest the "manager" attends customer service training and training on the products he is meant to know about. I will not be back at Camden Garden Centre.
Went for a visit and enjoyed the visit, managed to get a few flowers and would recommend a visit

Overpriced products, such as plants, pots, etc…. Rude staff with no knowledge about plants. I’d never go back there again!
Today was my first time at Camden Garden Centre, where I met a lovely staff member named Alex. She was most helpful with my search for good climbing plants.As I am a novice gardener Alex advised me of how to place plants and gave me some good advice, which was greatly appreciated. Thank you
Great experience. Visited them first time and they have lovely healthy plants and all sorts of pots for all pockets. Got some stuff delivered and the delivery guy was lovely and helpful.
BEAUTIFUL GARDEN CENTRE BUT IT NO LONGER TAKES CASH SINCE COVID ?AS A KINDLY GENTLEMAN SAID TO THE CASHIER WHEN I WENT TO PAY WITH CASH( ITS ONLY MONEY ) NEED I SAY MORE. I LEFT WITH EMPTY HANDS.
I go here regularly & always get exactly what I need & the staff are extremely helpful! I spoke with a lovely staff member that let me ask many many many questions & he had his own allotment which was great as I just started gardening an allotment so could relate to all my questions & gave great tips & showed me everything I needed, also cashier was extremely kind & had other tips too! They have a lovely cafe & new terrace which looks over all the plants which is very peaceful. They also are extremely kind & let me take a few broken pots from there bin which I can still use for free also HT stamped pallets too for my new compost bin!!!
I have been using Camden garden centre for over 30 years I love the place my shangri La bought my sons Christmas tree for his bedroom yesterday Bruno helped me by kindly opening up several trees so I could get a proper look before buying such great customer service my happy place
These guys rock, social Enterprise garden center that support's the community while providing excellent garden products and services!Can't believe I'm the first to leave them a review! they should have thousands!
