So happy

So happy. I recovered 300 photos from my corrupt SD card after another program had scanned and found nothing at all. I could see what they were before I paid so I knew what I was getting. Very happy I have my photos!

I looked at a number of so called free…

I looked at a number of so called free downloads, all of which then required payment to recover the photos. Yours was the only one that allowed me to actually see what I was missing as I had corrupted photos of about 200 scattered over a SD Card that had over 2000 photos from our trip. I could see what I was missing. However the recovered images no longer have date and time recorded meaning that they are harder to sort out amongst the good photos still on the SD card.

LionSeaSoftware are rip-offs

Lion are rip-offs.There was a 7-day license for $4.99 that I paid for. However, after these 7 days there was a charge for an annual license I never wanted.Complaints come to nothing.Stay away from these rip-offs.Wished i would have read the reviews of this company before i paid.

I did not authorize Lionsea Software to charge me &55.00.

I did not authorize Lionsea to Add a annual renewal to this bogus software you tried to sell me. I was sent an email which had no reply available and was marked as scam mail. This whole process is a scam.Don't even think about downloading from this company. Go to history and remove it forever.

LionSeaSoftware are fraudsters

I had a malware problem on my computer running Windows 7 and thought that SmartPCFixer from LionSea Software would fix it. I bought a one-day trial for £6 using PayPal. I tried it immediately and it didn't eradicate the problem. I complained immediately to LionSea Software but received no apology or offer of refund. I removed the program from the compute and "wrote off" the £6.Today, Sunday 19th March 2017, I received this email from LionSea:Dear Len RogersYour SmartPCFixer 1 Computer subscription has been automatically renewed. The following email is a summary of your order. To view your order status and for other general questions, please visit ---link given---SubTotal: 54.02 GBPTax: 10.80 GBPTotal: 64.82 GBPI opened my PayPal accoun and found that LionSea had stolen £64.82 from my PayPal account! I opened the LionSea link who wanted to know my credit card last 4 figures and my order ID. (I used PayPal and never gave them an order.)I emailed customer support as advised on LionSeaSofttware website and received this email from the System Administrator:Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients. SCAM COMPANY

Purchased PC repair software from them on 3/11/17 for a 5 day trial period. Software did not work and I uninstalled it. I paid $6.23 for the trial. Today I received an e-mail from them stating that unless I notified them by 3/16/2017 that I wanted to cancel. The e-mail had a link to cancel, I clicked on the link and it did not work. There was a second link to contact customer service, I clicked on that link and a form appeared for me to place my name, e-mail, order number and a description of my request, I filled out the form and clicked on the link to submit and that did not work. I then attempted to reply to sender and was unable to do so because the e-mail that is on the screen when you click to reply to sender is non-existent. Totally dissatisfied I contacted paypal and American Express to block this vendor from applying charges to my account. Thy bill through paypal and use a genetic 3rd party company to bill through Paypal. I then notified American Express who informed me that if I saw an unauthorized charges through paypal on my card to notify them and they will charge it back to the company posting the charge. A lot of work to prevent a scam. This is a totally useless company , who are run by thieves. Do not order anything computer repair related from them.

BEWARE OF THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY

I initially agreed to pay them 5$ to assist me with a problem i was having with my browser. the assistance was useless by the way . then today i was notified by them that they had debited my credit card for 87.87$ for some software protection for one year . i had not ordered the software at all , nor would i if asked . i have sent them several notices to cancel and reverse this illegal transaction . so far i have not heard back from them . i will pursue this further with my bank and credit card company until i have my money back ........then change my credit card number . it is too bad these fraudulent companies are allowed to operate on the net .

Bad Company Practices

I ordered a 7 day trial program that would fix drivers on my new computer. I entered my credit card and received the product and used it. About 3 weeks later my credit card was charged $ 64.95 for a program i did NOT order! Called the number that was filed and it was a second party operation that took your information and sent it to LionSea. I have not heard from the company...i want the charge removed and the covered expenses because it put my account in the red! So far i havent heard from the company. Tomorrow going to back and have it reversed!

Sheer fraud

I will agree with the previous comments they charge you yearly subscriptions without notifying you, and they do it by charging you those 5$ for the download and afterwards they use your card number to charge you - they only email you if you cancel your subscription this not meaning that they refund the money. I really hate this kind of fraud hope people stop using their services!

Unhappy then resolved

In brief i signed up for what I thought was a $4.97 trial. I then received an email saying that my account had been charged over $72 because the trial had ended (2 days after!) and that I had signed up for 12 months. Well, the software did nothing and I was not happy. To cut a long story short I wrote to them (and Paypal) and around 4 days later my paypal account was fully refunded. My advice - steer clear!

ASUS Drivers Download Utility

Whilst this utility does appear to have the capability to identify outdated drivers, it fails with a page time-out error when requested to carry out the update. I attempted to contact Lionsea, to register my dissatisfaction, and request advice, but the e-mail address bounced. In my view the utility is not fit for role as defined by the claims in the advertising, and I am considering registering a complaint with the Pay Pal issue resolution mechanism. It would appear that this company markets poor products and uses sharp practice to avoid their responsibilities. I would suggest avoiding their products at every opportunity

COMPLETE SCAM!

The website says: USD 4.97 for this scam "software" and claims it is a Microsoft partner ! This was billed to my card account, then another USD 49.70 a few days later. IT IS A COMPLETE SCAM. DO NOT DOWNLOAD OR SUPPLY CARD DETAILS! EVERY POSITIVE REVIEW HERE IS PART OF THE SCAM: FALSE IDENTITIES, CHINGLISH, ALL LIES!

Chinese Company with misleading promises

I downloaded and paid for this program. However it only recovered a portion of my pictures. Out of 1200 plus pictures it only recovered 404. Their warranty is worthless. I asked for a refund twice and I never heard from them again. This is their worthless warranty: "Register with confidence! Our unconditional 60 days money back guarantee is applicable to all orders. Your satisfaction is our #1 goal. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, just let us know and we will be happy to provide you with a full refund"

Avoid like the plague!

Just wanted to update a driver for Dell printer, but got directed to this lionsea outfit. Usual scam of a trial and charged about £3 or so, then they removed another £18 before I had chance to stop it. Didn't even get the driver I needed but their software busily started updating everything it could find on my PC! Jibberish unhelpful responses from their support team and couldn't get my money back. Beware, they put an annual charge on your card for the £18 so it goes on forever. What a scam!
