Helpful information and suggestions
It explained my work style clearly and the career matches felt like a realistic fit for me. I paid the extra fee and the results were for careers that interest me. I feel like this was helpful.

Disappointing
I took the CareerFitter career test, but I couldn't access the full report. The premium dashboard, where my career list should be, is missing. Not to mention that the job's personality fingerprint seemed to be referring to someone else. Nothing described me on the platform. Plus, I paid and received nothing.

SEWING MACHINE OPERATOR what a scam, I typed in things I wanted in a job, like working with my hands, being outdoors, and not a desk job basically. One of the top matches was a sewing machine operator. I can not make this up. Chat, is this real? My top 5 matches didn't fit me at all.

Inaccurate work personality and unhelpful career suggestions.
My work personality was generic and inaccurate. I don’t know how it said that I’m enterprising/entrepreneurial when I do not have that kind of drive or inclination and never have wanted to do anything business-type. The descriptions felt generic and it’s kind of a known thing that if you give generalized descriptions that make a person feel nice, they are likely to believe it. Barely anything in the work personality section felt like it described me in any way. And the career options it gave me are underwhelming. I would have gotten equally useless results off something like truity.

Solid career test
Solid career test. I recommend the Premium version. The free results were enough for me to just confirm I answered right about myself. But the full results are a lot of information and other career things that beefed up my profession look on LinkedIn.
