I bought a carrera go set for my son, its been 10days, I have a tracking number that does not work, it seems to be very late, Christmas is 9days away, they dont reply to my email. I am unsure what to do moving forward.
I bought a Carrera Nascar for Christmas 2024. 1 Car was faulty, I contacted customer care by email, after many back end forward long story short they start to ignore me and I could not get the car replaced. Pity because the product it seems good... bad experience wast lot of time and money.
Ordered their Carrera Go for my son.Opened on Christmas and immediately starts to short circuit one of the tracks without anyone pressing. Messaged support, via there official channels, their only response was "From which country are you?" After sending several other emails and also through their social media , I am still waiting for an answer.STAY AWAY , AFTER SALES ARE A SCAM
