Received product approximately 3 weeks after ordering. Product is nice but wouldn’t purchase again. I had white glove install. However, when raising bed, it does not go down into bed frame correctly. White glove service was very rude. Wouldn’t recommend.

After an issue with a rug and a small issue with a couch, we worked with Niya the Customer Experience Specialist to resolve. Excellent communication regarding the issue and follow-up until resolved. The company showed they valued our business and wanted to do right by the customer. We will continue to consider them for future purchases.

Worst experience with the customer service
Worst experience with the customer service. So, I returned some furniture and I wanted credit as I wanted to continue purchasing from Castlery. I explained to them multiple times that I am taking my time with my next purchase as I want to be sure it is furniture that: a) Fits into my space; and b) Something that I want. I explained multiple times that my space isn't easy to get to. Then the nightmare begins. The customer service will continually hound you to make a purchase. I explained to them that the items have been returned, you have a credit on my account. There should not be any issues. However, despite stating multiple times, I receive email nudging me to make a decision every 2 days and also SMS to my phone nudging me. I received a couple of SMS at 9PM. I explained to them multiple times that I do not appreciate this amount of pressure in making a purchase but they continue to escalate. Honestly, I think it is commercial pressure to force you to make a decision. I will be lodging a complaint with the appropriate bodies and sharing my experiences with them. In the end, I just settled for a partial refund, took the 10% restock fee. Never will I shop again at Castlery. I recommend you take your business elsewhere to a business has better service. Let's be frank, the quality of the materials you are purchasing from Castlery is not top notch for the price you are paying. I liked some of the designs and quite honestly expected better service.There are better options out there!

He also called me back to state that I had over paid the delivery and disposal services , where such honesty in business is hard to come buy. We received a table and bench that both had damages. We reached out to Castlery and they responded promptly to resolve the issue. Shortly after assessing the damage, they began the process of sending us a brand new table. Our bench had a large scratch on it and they sent us a partial refund for that. We are very pleased with the kind and quick customer service!

Castlery Uses a Great Delivery Company!No UPS or FedEx here! This is an experienced furniture delivery company! They went above and beyond to delivery my dining table to me. I live on a hill-top and, as my luck would have it, there was construction blocking my narrow road that day. The delivery truck couldn't get around it and I received a curtesy call from their customer service rep explaining the situation. I was about to settle on rescheduling the delivery but the rep was determined to help and we figured out a way for him to get in touch with my husband and they coordinated it so that the drivers could drive around the hill to the street behind our house and make the delivery through our back entrance. Brilliant! Now that's owning it! As for the dining table, I haven't opened it yet, but I'm almost certain that it will be flawless based on the previous furniture ordering experience I had with Castlery. Very impressed. Great company that truly delivers their promise. Thank you.

Really poor experience
Really poor experience. Castlery and their carrier are unable to provide me with insurance documents to deliver furniture in my New York building. Their support is either providing incorrect information or going MIA. This is a really disappointing user experience considering the price of the furniture.
