Going through the complaint process…
Going through the complaint process with them now and this may potentially not be their fault so this star rating could change depending on the information provided by transferfix.com, the actual platform i booked my transfer through. This could be a technical issue with the API between the platform and the website. However, The result is I was without a transfer, left feeling conned and a member of staff at the transfer desk just told me to book an emergency transfer. In fairness, he did interrogate his database in multiple ways, finding past transfers. I have been potentially refunded but as of yet, no explanation or remedy for the missing booking. I will update you with more information when I have it. My gut feeling is this was technical, if not it's an elaborate ploy to cause distress and force you to spend emergency funds. I think the former.

Alpybus....Alpytransfer...Chamexpress....all the same?I gave it one star because it's easy to book and use the website - trouble is it's not so easy after that. Twice now I have tried to get to or back from Les Contamines Montjoie - which is about 15 minutes passed St Gervais. Both time severe problems with Alpybus insisting they don't go there or making you wait 3+ hours for a transfer......so thats 5 hours to get to resort after landing.....,..... on the last occasion 22/03 they refused to come and get me. instead I had to get down to le fayet. I have an email indicating they will refund me the difference but nothing so far....terrible service terrible company. Avoid the shared transfers like the plague if you want reliability.Update as of 14/4/2024....still no refund or even any response....

left in the lurch for return trip AND taking up to 8 weeks to refund
Informed at 36hrs notice we could not be collected from agreed address in Les Contamines and would need to make our own way to St Gervais 10km away. Would not pay taxi- we could accept that or cancel- "that's the way it is". Would not convey complaint "you need to email, its a different department" Dreadful customer service."Full refund" promised but 10 days and a reminder later there is no sign of the refund.Chamexpress latest response is that up to 8 weeks is needed to process refunds - another example of an appallingly bad response and indifference when they fail to provide the contracted service.After 8 weeks no refund had been made, even after a reminder from me with 7 day deadline. Contacted credit card company who refunded within 3 days.

Good experience, great driver 😃
I had a good experience with this company. The driver, Isidoros I had for both trips to and from Geneva Airport. He was polite, friendly and an attentive, careful driver on the roads which I appreciated. He made my experience with Alpy very pleasurable. I found the customer service to be very good, respond to emails quick (within a couple hours) and very helpful on the phone aswell.

Hours of waiting time, no flexibility
They only do pick ups every few hours, so it does not matter when your flight arrives. They do not explain this upfront and have a very strict cancellation/amendment policy (even if you book a flexible ticket). Customer service isn’t easy to reach and is not understanding/willing to work with you.

Poor service and poorly timed drop off
Cham Express dropped us to the airport 5 hours early!! I flagged this before and they tried to tell me that this was a typical time (despite the fact I’ve used transfers from Geneva to Chamonix for years and never once has this happened. I’ve since tried to complain and the customer services policy is so awful they are just ignoring my emails. Highly recommend using a different provider! Although they sometimes share vans with Alpy Bus and Mountain Drop Off’s the customer service / contact-ability is so much better

Do not give them your money!I booked a transfer from Geneva airport for 3pm through a third party comparison website. Got an email saying Chamexpress accepted the booking a payment was taken.The night before I was due to arrive, they changed the pick up time to 6pm and said they only run two services a day off season so there is nothing else they could do and refused to give me refund. I never would have booked if I had know they could just tell you any time they want once they’ve got your money. Just awful!!!

Booked a shared transfer return from Geneva to Morzine for 4. Waited at collection point from 20:45 to 22:30 before transfer left.As clearly they try to maximise the coach you risk lengthy waits.The return was much better and the drivers were good and courteous but I won’t be using them again.
