I have been using Charlotte plumbing for many years. We use them for our restaurants and commercial buildings along with our private residence. Super nice, super friendly and very professional.
After several years as a customer I do not know what has happened to this business. I recently had plumbing work done at my home by CPR. The work was nearly complete (but not totally) when I received an invoice. Despite reaching out twice, I never heard back and instead received a small claims court suit. My advice would be to save yourself the trouble and pursue a different vendor who is professional. Even though it means paying twice, I will now hire someone to finish the work.
Punctual, professional and knowledgeable. He did a great job on my plumbing repairs. Would definitely use him for future work. Highly recommend!

I've tried a lot of plumbers over the past 20 years. These guys are the best, came out quickly diagnosed accurately and gave me a reasonable price to fix my plumbing issues. Did a great job and had me flushing again in no time.
Came the same day that I called. Others were telling me they couldn't get to me till 2-3 days later
I called this morning around 9am . They were around 11am. The guys that came out were polite and courtesy was great. They explained everything to me and the cost. Job completed
