They will replace bathroom fixtures and faucets with the cheapest replacement possible regardless of what you have so if you have decent or expensive fixtures don’t expect them to be replaced with equal or close quality replacements

Scheduling and arriving
It is always easy to make a request for repair/service but actually getting someone out takes a little time. I was told one set of hours and then was disappointed when it was rescheduled for another day. When the repairman finally arrived, I was very pleased with his professionalism and commitment to complete the job.

Basic Plumbing Drain paid by the customer
I feel like a larger amount of the cost should be picked up by your warranty company for a rotted drain that has to be “modified “ to get the repaired piece of pipe under the sink to connect back to the drain. $1100 charge and I ended up paying $900 of it I should of shopped around not using the warranty company.

Disappointed!
You charged me for installation when your contract says it was covered and when I questioned it Sean Williams told me that Choice will look at each transaction and decide what to charge regardless of what the contract says.

What us great i get serviced promptly. Techs are usually very knowledgeable, and yes if they cant fix item,,theyll replace, which has happened to me. I've used Choice in 2 different states, and now my family has even signed up.they even covered my pool pump. Very happy to Have Choice part of our family.

Well, I thought the repair guy were repairing two things REFRIGERATOR wasn't cooling, his fixed that, his pulling his tools away, I asked what about the strip around the refrigerator door. He answered, he was unable to replace the strip. No heads up from CHOICE.

They call and hang up on me several times a day. I pick up and answer nicely. Then click. I call them back and when i say take me off the list their list they hang up without saying yes or no. Unprofessional scamner site.

Don’t like your policy on appliances! Appliances should be repaired or replaced, period… hate your buyout policy because it’s unfair with the lowball offers!! My dishwasher couldn’t be repaired so you offered 272.00? That’s bullshit, you can’t replace it for that or anywhere close to that?

Overall Choice Home Warranty is good, but
Overall Choice Home Warranty is good. Although I received way less compensation for my dead dishwasher, as I can’t even come close to replacing it with what they gave me. Very disappointing.
