Amazing!
We’ve been using ClickUp across multiple teams, and the impact has been significant. You can keep things simple or build highly customised workflows depending on your needs. Sketch Pricing
I've always been a fan of the app, but their pricing is super sketchy. I'm happy to overlook the sometimes slow loading times.I've always found it annoying that ClickUp doesn't give us credit for removed members. Some guest users (which are actually free) suddenly become "restricted users" and also cost money. Users that we don't actually need. So, on average, we now pay for almost twice as many users as we need?! What? Next: ClickUp lets us create AI agents, which is cool. But their cost in completely intransparent. Sadly, you will only notice after you use them for a month: I pay a small fee for the agents themselves (I thought that was it), but I still have to buy extra AI credits... well, okay – at checkout, they secretly sneak you in an annual subscription – no alternative. So I can't even use the agent I set up anymore. Supposedly, you can buy credits starting at $10, but at checkout, the minimum is $20. The credit usage in the billing is completely incomprehensible. So I'm now forced to pay 240$ minimum for just a single small AI Workflow - and almost accidentially paid even more.

It is a nice pm tool but they are hiding simple features in their plus packages in order to force people to upgrade.On business package we lost basic features like subtasks and timesheet viewabilityAll in all it is mainly a PM tool and should be judged and be priced as such(no matter what custom things they are trying to sell you)

Hacker used ClickUp API to steal all of our data and clickup refuses to give us logs saying we need a court order. Why would we need a court order when Audt logs are an enterprise feature and it's our own account? We offered to pay for it. I am almost certain ClickUp is in on the data-stealing scam. I will be contacting our attorney and taking them to court.

Do not choose click up for any team size
we are still using click up but we are planning to change this tool for something that make any sens to the team. how acceptable is that you can't even normally prioritise tasks without tons of bugs or that team will still see a different order of the priorities. not even mentioning that closing tasks works randomly - you never know if the task will appear at the beggining or at the bottom of the list. we raise tons of issues with them and no answer - they just asked us to do QA for them and to give them exact bug stories to fix rather than being proactive and ask for a session online to demonstrate all the problems. This company is not interested to make the tool any better I'm afraid. Choose a different tool. Support please do not respond that you will fix any problem for us - too long waiting for your improvements, so not a chance.

I am appalled to see (in my junk emails) that i am STILL being billed for clickup? I contacted support a while ago to demand my money be reimbursed immediately since i was upgraded without my consent or knowledge of an upgrade, and now I see I'm STILL being charged? There seems no option to cancel anywhere and I'm truly disgusted by this thievery. I haven't used clickup for years but have apparently been paying all this time without realising it, and cancelling seems impossible???

Slow and immature product
Migration was awful, all jira user stories turned into epics. Site takes 5+ seconds to load using a direct link. Group by feature is horrible, I want to see boards not out of order columns. I don't want to configure this myself, whoever sets up a board should see this. WHY IS THIS USER SPECIFIC CONFIGURATION???????? The entire product feels like they haven't had a UX designer look over it.In me mode subtasks even show NON-ME subtasks. UX needs a lot of improvements to make this product more user friendly.

No Respect for User Privacy
Extremely aggressive with marketing emails and does not honor the unsubscribe requests, they simply keep emailing you relentlessly.I submitted the unsubscribe form multiple times over the course of a few weeks and even reached out to their privacy support, but they kept emailing me marketing emails.The user settings does not contain any way to opt out of their tracking or marketing, I don't know who their "partners" are but and I saw a sudden spike in user reported spam and phishing attempts immediately after we started using the product.

The worst tool currently on the market
The worst tool currently on the market. Practically unusable — slow, extremely slow.On Safari it basically doesn’t work at all. The new UIs they keep releasing are broken, and if you happen to have a public blocklist enabled with Pi-hole or Little Snitch, parts of the dashboard simply disappear.But the most terrible thing is the loading time: well over 10 seconds just to load pages, which often get stuck in an infinite loop and never finish loading. Gigabytes of pages get loaded into memory for no apparent reason.They proudly boast on social media about things like “100 Billion tokens later, OpenAI sent us a plaque.” In my opinion, this only means the codebase is a mess — nothing is really being controlled by humans anymore. I’m sure there are layers of code that are “vibe coded” in their codebase that, instead of fixing issues, just keep generating more and more bugs.I have honestly never seen something this badly made.

We like it, but it's not perfect
We really like the UI, it’s a real eye candy, but the app’s speed is so irritating. There also seems to be an issue with synchronization between PC and smartphones. Sometimes I message the developers asking why a task isn’t progressing, only to find out it’s already finished and just isn’t displaying correctly. Hope they fix it as soon as possible.

Very great social media team
I have not used the app once, but from the ads, it seems great and i would use it as a work app if i had a lot of work to do. The ads are also bery funny and professional at the same time. 5 Stars!

After 4 years of Click Up i wrote it on my own: in 2 days
Slow, full of advertisment, doesn't syncronisze correctly between devices. If you expect to get a good running software you are wrong. In the beginning of my usage the product was nice. But the development went into the direction that they offer more unasked services by windows / advertisments. There came more buttons and windows and more buttons and windows that were not necessary. Today you need an organize tool to organize ClickUp. I wrote it on my own with ai in 2 days and have a perfect fast running system now that does for what i wanted to pay - but now i have it for free.

Overall Great product. I've been using them for a while now and I think it's one of the best project management tools there is. Definitely would recommend them!
