The furniture here looks very outdated. The room is not clean, you can clearly see it when you look at the mattress or notice the table around. The price is quite good but the quality of the hotel is not good
The reception staff were rude, slow and useless. All down hill after reception, wow. The room was smoky, who smoked next door! No sleep, the room was too dirty; hard to explain. never come back again
The staff is polite however the room service is very bad because during my 5 days stay here, not once have they come in to clean the trash from the bin or change the bed sheets! Moreover, there were bed bugs lurking under the mattress which I only discovered after waking up one morning and feeling itchy all over my body and head. Very disorganized and not clean, definitely not recommended.
The room was completely boiling hot. too hot to even breathe! Air conditioner not working. The repairman took too long to come to fix the air conditioner. We had to endure the heat all day with just one fan. We really wanted to change hotels, but we didn't get a refund
Horrible, 2 days no room and bathroom cleaned, it's a shame even though I asked for it, I had to buy wipes to do the bare minimum, what a surprise there was a cockroach in the room, for a hotel quite high price?
