Ordered items 3 weeks ago. They advertised 3/4 day delivery. No response to email. Phone number diverts to mobile answer machine. Rubbish. I should check reviews before ordering. Crap company.

This is one company to be avoided
This is one company to be avoided. I ordered some equipment which should have arrived within 4 days. Needless to say nothing arrived. Emails went unanswered, and phone calls were diverted to a voice mail service. After a month I contacted my bank who were kind enough to give me a full refund. I’m surprised this company hasn’t been closed down by Trading Standards!

SCAM! Wish I have read the reviews before…
Wish I have read the reviews before ordering from this scam company. Paid nearly £40 for bands that still haven't arrived- it's a Christmas gift! The customer service is not existing- sent 5 emails over last 2 weeks and got no reply at all! They claim Fast UK delivery (1-2 days)- what a joke! I have requested refund and of course haven't heard back. BE WARNED AND STAY AWAY, IT'S A SCAM!!! My order number: CZS12116.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! PLEASE DO JOT ORDER FROM HERE! I have been waiting over a month for an original order and a “replacement order” to arrive. They are refusing a refund and have an illiterate customer service assistance who’s emails do not make sense. I have since found many many terrible reviews on social media for this company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

TERRIBLE. Avoid. Ordered items with express shipping, didn’t receive the items. Emailed customer service who kept saying give us a few more days to dispatch a new order and I doubt they ever have as I have still received nothing a month on. Customer service is awful. Seen umpteen bad reviews on Instagram and Facebook now also. Disappointed.

Wrong items delivered but quickly sorted with no fuss
Ordered resistance bands x3.Received 2 - one which was wrong and the other missing - quick response from company and replacements promptly dispatched and received Well done!
