I lose my phone yet cant get through to…

I lose my phone yet cant get through to tell them so use the computer where I go to the site and it wont let me in without the pin they sent to my phone....ok theirs chat, I ask the stupid robot what to do and it tells me to punch in the pin it sent to my phone as well,,,really? I told it over and over "my fkn phones lost!" and it replies yet again it needs the pin it sent me ...service is atrocious its not worth 5 bucks a month...I cant stand it,,,I thought visible was bad...nope this is twice as shtty

Don't get cricket wireless the service sucks it's too high monthly payments. No customer support no technical support I've had them for years they're junk don't waste your money. Daniel

Be careful with Cricket

Be careful with Cricket, especially if you are traveling. You may think that you have purchased an add-on for international service, but then they will say you haven't paid (despite charging your credit card) and proceed to suspend your account and require you to pay more money to reactivate. When you call them out on it, they will refuse to refund and blame the issue on you. I recommend filing a dispute with your credit card if this happens to you.

One Cricket Wireless employee defrauded me by overcharge on a monthly bill twice. A different Cricket Wireless employee verbally harassed me twice. I have reasons to suspect I have been descriminated against based on my ethnicity and the political agenda of Cricket Wireless employees.

Best service you will find anywhere

Best service you will find anywhere. Customer for years won't ever switch. I pay $55 month auto pay free unlimited talk text internet everything. I couldn't be happier. I see these other TV commercials they are not as good. Believe me. I have never ever lost coverage or service anywhere.

Cricket's customer service is awful

Cricket's customer service is awful. There's no way to leave feedback. Need a printout of your bill from the website? Good luck. Just call them; I'm writing this while I'm on hold....I have no idea how much longer I'll wait AND THEY MARKET TO YOU CONSTANTLY WHILE YOU'RE ON HOLD.

Only because I can't give it zero star they really don't deserve one star you have to turn your phone off and on several times a day just to remain in 5G it constantly constantly slows down and goes to 4G very very terrible service

"Money for Nothing" I couldn't afford T-Mobile anymore and…

I couldn't afford T-Mobile anymore and 4 of 6 people that live in the desert by me use cricket so I tried them and got the free moto g 2025 ( which I give back when you leave cricket) because the reviews on this moto were pretty good. First I called them because there was no sim and was told I'd use esim but from there it was misinformation or out and out lying I was unable to access this esim because I needed a working phone for this Q code to be sent to email that was the first trip of many to town just to use a friend's phone the esim never set up I never had Internet or data , as I stated to the rep where I'm at we don't get wifi we go off data. Actually I could t even make a call, I got stories like " people have been having trouble with that new moto and returning it to many phone companies. When I spoke to there warantee department they said no it's not problematic, no returns , mind you the worker that said this told me to return the phone thru UPS out of my own pocket and they'll send a different phone I was also told to order a normal sim thru Walmart for $10 out of pocket. Near the end of the first month I finally was able to call cricket on the moto to say I still have no Internet this person said looks like they're working on a cell tower by you they'll be done Feb 9 , my bill was due the 8th btw she also said she'd reimburse me the month , gave me a bunch of stuff to reset on moto and would call back in half hour - I'm still waiting. I never got reimbursed and my friend convinced me to give it another month that the configuration was off on the phone but he fixed it. I didn't feel good about this but I needed a phone I'm in middle of no where , my husband just died and I am not in good health either , I really needed to make many doctors appointments. So my $35 a month payment became $45 a few hours before I called them ( WITH MY FRIENDS PHONE AND THIS TOOK HOURS TO GET THROUGH, THERE AI KEPT ASKING THE SAME 3 THINGS AGAIN FOR OVER AN HOUR). When I got through the bill was $50 I paid it as it did seem to work while my friend was here but turns out it was because he'd had my phone piggyback off his hot spot so we could verify things with cricket. It's mid month , 2nd month and still no phone and actually it is worse because now my photos won't even load. I've told them I want my money back, that I'm basically living off toast right now for NOTHING.

This Company has made nasty comments and remarks, fathers of employees have actually had access to my house key which I believe was used to make a key at a car place where I was treated horrible, sos car repair in Dayton Ohio. I paid almost two hundred dollars for a new phone and line to have my screen lock changed, it's criminal, I'm disabled,

I am not a customer

I am not a customer, but my mother had a cricket charge appear on her credit card as fraudlent activity. When you call cricket, first you cannot reach a person. Then I attempted to use the chat, first the artificial stupidity refused at first to put a person on without my cricket number dispite me trying to explain I do not have a cricket number as I am calling to try to close the fraudlent account. I have the physical credit card information and was never asked once for this once a person did reply via chat. They refused to call me, and then after about 10mins of them replying every 4mins to my texts and asking me the same question nearly 4 times, they told me they check all purchases so I must have approved this and will need to contact my bank to cancel this. Not once did he ask my name, the account number, the credit card info nothing. Save your money and hopefully some kind of class action lawsuit can be filed against these criminals.

Customer service is just awful

Customer service is just awful, I needed help. I got in queue instead of the employee Samantha helping me she made it look like we weren’t connected so she could just close out the chat. I was on Wi-Fi on my laptop, I could see my place in line counting down. I was connected. This isn’t the first time this has happened to me, I have to wait in a long line on the phone or in chat and if they just don’t feel like dealing with you, they just close the chat down. Trying to get someone on the phone is even worse, expect to stay on hold three times longer than the online chat. I have had some great people help me, but unfortunately I have gotten to many Samantha’s before and they just ruin it and it makes you nervous every time you have to get a hold of customer service. I’ve been with cricket since 2015, but I’m really considering Xfinity mobile now.

Buy New Device to Transfer Number

Don't jail someone's phone number. There has to be another way to get your number to a different service than to use a Cricket device. If the reason you're moving is a broken device, you don't want to have to obtain another device to get access to YOUR phone number. People are calling me about my wedding right now, and I can't get their calls.

I 😘 the promotion they use to get you. Free phone and it's a really good one. I hardly ever have a dropped call. Calls come in very clear nearly always. I am disappointed that they don't offer anything to keep you as a customer. It's like they forget the ones that made them. Customer service is rough. Long waits to speak to someone and more times than I care to remember the service rep cannot speak English clearly. It's very frustrating to hold for an hour sometimes two only to get a rep you cannot understand. Only to have the rep get an attitude because you can't understand them.

If you get a device replaced because…

If you get a device replaced because the first one was faulty what they don't tell you is that it will be locked again for 6 months for the new device. Two more months and I am done with them. 30 dollars a month for 5 gb and now forced to use auto pay to get 10gb for 30 with a discount of 5 dollars is a waste. If no auto pay 35 for 10 gb. Yet they advertise at Walmart 25 for unlimited for new customers

Cricket wireless greed verses customer service…

I've got a hacker in my phone that can see everything I do there watching me thru my camera I've done a factory reset I've changed all my emails and password I can't use anything on my phone cause they will get all my info again I requested to change my number so I can cut them out I've talk to your supervisors and they say I can't change my number cause they want 15.00 to do it I can't get in my bank accounts without letting the hacker to get assets again and you people are so greedy that can't use my device or use any of my accounts cause y'all can't put the 15.00 on my bill so I've paid for my service or anything in my phone because your greed won't let you find a way to change the number without payment of your fee so I've paid my service and now can't use it cause y'all are so greedy that in an emergency you can't find a way to put that fee on my bill I can't use my bank and but anything cause of I do they get asses back in to my account that is just pure corporate greed and so since you can't do it I want a refund of the two weeks I can't use my phone cause y'all can't work that out and I've been a customer for 15 years and this is what you call customer service I will find me a new carrier cause of 15.00 bucks means that much to you greedy I will no longer do business with you and I will tell every person I meet that your greed means more then your customer security I've changed everything but I can't use anything on my phone cause they are coming thru your service to get in to my phone and your half ass security let them in and your greed doesn't have any customer service to help a long time customer that is about the low form of corporate greed there is and I will post this on every site that I can find cause of this is how your customer service you have no customer service you have corporate greed and I will report this to everybody and I can find a lot of places to review cricket and in the end I will turn people from cricket because your greed means more then taking care of you customers and I want a refund for the two weeks I'm can't use my phone because you greedy assholes can't work this out and I will make sure everybody knows your security is shit and your customer service is even worse and I will find a way to complain to the top of your corporation and I will make sure alot of people will see this and at this point I'm ready to go to your store with a big ass sign and I will cover every store you got in Texas I will cost you business and a whole lot more then 15.00 dollars and I guarantee that and you don't know me I will make a job at exposing this greed to every customer I can

After three failed autopay attempts (my credit card was stolen and had to be replaced), Cricket suspended my account without warning, leaving my entire family disconnected. This is after five years of loyal service. No grace period, no meaningful notice, no consideration for long-term customers. Extremely disappointing and poor customer experience.

Excellent service I love my new iPhone 16e read this if you want a new iPhone or switching from an android to an iPhone

I can’t remember the guy’s name but the guy that helped me is amazing. He was very patient and he helped me pick out the right phone just for me. I have a Motorola 2024 5G stylist and the phone was OK, but it didn’t really like it because I didn’t have very many features. It was really slow and it just wasn’t cutting out for what I was doing. I was taking pictures because I go fishing and hunting and I wanted a good phone that takes good pictures and it’s fast and reliable and that lasts a little bit longer cause I was talking to someone else that had one and they said they typically don’t last that long for constant use in for photo taking in for data wise. They don’t really. Do that well for the like back country stuff but anyways the phone I was looking at is I’ve been wanting an iPhone because I heard they were reliable and I heard that they have pretty good qualities and pretty fast with their Rams and their faster CPU’s so I was pretty excited reading on the reviews with them and I went to the local cricket store down here. Ask the guy a few questions on it. I said is there anyway that I could get a cheaper one? is there anyway that you guys still have the iPhone 11 because I know the iPhone 11 is pretty outdated but it still is one and I heard that it worked well and it’s time and he said no actually we done it stopped selling that one because iPhone keeps coming out with new ones like the 17th the 16 and the 15, which is still pretty popular and he said I can recommend of what you do. I can recommend the 16 E and that’s what I went with. He said there are Samsung 25 GS is really good but I was kind of looking to get out of the android stuff because to me they’re really slow and they’re not that fast and they’re just kinda hard to work on cause they’re bulky and bigger and if you’re constantly on your feet walking around carrying stuff, you don’t want anything big and bulky you just want something little and fast and reliable. He said the iPhone 16e is a great choice and I went with that one. And other than all that he was really patient. He gave great service. And he also told me that if I switched to lines to get a new number, but I kept the three family plan that I am on is that I can get it cheaper because the iPhone 16e is around 600 500-ish and I said I was looking to pay around 300 at most maybe 400 and he said it’s doable if I switched my number which I’m fine with so I switched my number and he gave me a great deal which was about 285 $300 and he even gave me an extra 10% off on a screen protector and phone case combo which I am very happy about and appreciate so much. I’ve been using the phone for about a day and a half now and I love it so much. It is very fast and it is what you expect from an iPhone I mean it’s a pretty big upgrade from going to an android user that has been using androids for like 15+ years switching over to an iPhone, which is something a little different little getting used to so other than that I love my new iPhone 16e and to the guy that helped me. I appreciate you very much and my name is Braxton Burcham and this is a true five star experience.

NOT WORTH YOUR SERVICE

Phone plan is awesome and it has service every where I travel to within the USA. My issue is the fact that this company is not willing to work with its customers on payments. Example: Used bridgepay in order to keep service until the next following pay date which happened to fall on the day after the New Year. Current employer failed to inform that checks would be delayed until the 3rd between 12am-1am. When called to pay the remaining balance, phone was cut off and they wanted me to pay $231 instead of 116. This is not the first time they have done this. With that being said, I would advice any/everyone to not do the bridgepay to keep service with this company because they refuse to accept my payment of 116 and did not care about me nor my family having service and one has medical issues so I have to have a phone. Guess I will be looking for service elsewhere. Oh, please release me from your services completely since you could not help me. I don't think the person I spoke with even tried.
