For the price we paid
For the price we paid, the services were superb. From the hotel rooms, proximity to haram to the promptness of the drivers who drove us to Ziarat in Makkah and Madina. We also received multiple phone calls throughout the trip from each hotel enquiring about our experiences and asking if we needed anything else.

Big No to this fraud company
I got into trap into this company for planning my Umrah trip. I am on H1 visa here and they made a mess and didnt applied my application correctly. They took 1560$ for 4 persons and didn't even refund a singly penny from service fee. I highly recommend to not get into this company trap. Their CEO is big bogus fellow and so their company employees sitting in Pak

Gang of penny savers. Gang of liars. Gang of everything but good. They hide bad reviews with fake reviews and that's what got me to made a huge mistake and selecting them for doing hajj 2019. Please stay away from them. There might be a lot of similar agencies out there who are doing the same things as them and tricking people with fake reviews. So do a thorough research before selecting any of the travel agencies for Hajj. These guys run another agency which I know of offering the same Hajj packages with a different name named *** ***. Who know they might be running a lot more agencies under different names. I will definitely submit my complaint with Hajj ministry and let them know how low these people are. The CEO is a big fat liar who doesn't even has an inch of hesitation lying in front of Masjid-e-Nabawi to all the people in the bus, who are about to head back to Jeddah airport, stating their agency buy air line tickets for $2400 per person. Then he says you can do the math. Who is such an idiot paying this amount for economic class ticket with multiple stops. This was just one example of what he lies to, if I start the story it will never end. I do not think anyone who had performed Hajj with them once would even think about them again. It is my obligation now to spread awareness to my fellow muslim brothers and sisters to stay away from these scammers. They also run another agency with the same hajj packages, If I can find out one of them. Wonder how many more will be out there hidden. These brothers running Dawn Travels have been successful in scamming people and ripping them off then making excuses. Please share this review with your friends, relatives and family. Even If one person is saved by this review of mine I would think that I have done my job. This agency should be reported to human rights violation services and that's how bad they will treat you. They should be stripped of their Hajj license and banned.

I would not recommend this travel…
I would not recommend this travel agency and their services to my worst enemy. I think this is enough to understand what these people are and how they trap others.Elderly people are their target and they make a fool out of them very easily.But sometimes they get people who can confront them and are very much aware of the global travel. Now its a bad scenario that we have taken this in our hands to spread awareness about this agency and they will never forget us.

Fraudulent Agency
Fraudulent Agency. They are not even a real agency for hajj. They are a sub contractor for someone. When you get your passports you will have some other agency sticker on it.If you go to hajj with them you will see and notice what these people are and they way they will treat you cannot be explained in words, its just ridiculous. These people can be described as professional Liars and sophisticated scammers. From their Agents to the CEO all are same. They will hide details from you if you ask and just pressure you on depositing the money to their account. That's all they care about. They have other agencies as well with different names. Same people running it though. And scamming people from everywhere.They have fake profiles on facebook and google from which they use to hide bad reviews and provide their own fake reviews. I have proof!!They also do the same thing on many other review websites.We all should complain about their agency to appropriate agencies to get them shut down or make them better.We need to complain to Hajj ministry as well so they know and hopefully cancel their license.It is our obligation now to spread awareness and let people know about this fraudulent travel agency.People work hard and save penny by penny to perform this journey and these people take advantage of them and misguide them, torture them, lie to them, leave them alone, dont respond to queries.People get lost easily for hours and they dont help at all.They will not respond to anyone in the so called whatsapp group they will create.Any time something goes wrong they will either blame on the ministry Or secondly they will tell you to be patient as hajj is a mushaqqat.They will not let you travel on your own and force you to suffer with their ridiculous transport service which is provided by the government. They dont have any private buses or anything private at all.They will lie to you that you cannot use the train services during hajj manasik as they dont bother do extra work and give you that option for ease. Nor they will provide you the option to take the train and transfer between Makkah and Madinah and Jeddah. If you want to do it on your own, they wont let you do it. You need to suffer with them.Please stay away from them and any such agency. Go with ones which have genuine reviews and are registered properly.All the other travel agencies scamming Hajjis should be banned.
