I was able to cancel and rebook my flight within hours. Thank you for thier service....Adding to this is purchased another flight a couple days later during the first purchase the had me verify myself for additional security which I appreciate and I. Doing so had my information so for my next flight purchased It wasn't needed. Again very good service they find best flights with plenty of options to suit your situation. Perfect 👌

THIS IS A SCAMMER!I booked a flight a month ago and filled out the online booking form, but they asked for extra details about my credit card, including pictures, to "verify" my identity. I was skeptical about this agent, so I used a new credit card.Today, my credit card, which has been used only once on DestinaHolidays, was fraudulently used on booking.com. I can't say DestinaHolidays used it, coz besides this agent, the bank knows my credit card info, too.Guess who did it by yourselves.**** RESPONSE TO YOUR EXPLANATIONS ******In case you didn’t understand my complaint, let me emphasize that I was not complaining about your asking for extra information, but about the fraudulent use of my credit card.I understand your “red flags” and provided those details to have the transaction done. But the credit card that only you, me, and bank knows was fraudulently used. Any explanation for that?

Easy to make booking at a great price. Contacting customer service via phone number is a bit difficult. I had to wait for a call back to verify my booking. They need to update there website and e-mails with there new phone number. Also difficult to understand the customer service rep.

I booked a flight for 2000$ with destina they called me to confirm my identity and I had to send them an email about authorizing the charge. Then I get a call from customer service telling me my fare is not available and that I will have to add 1000$ extra. I have never had this type of experience. Beware before booking with them.

My daughter recommended I use the app that led me to your site. I expected lots of glitches, restarts and redirects. But your site was wonderfully transparent, offering choices and ease to use.
