Total waste of time
This company has proven repeatedly to be a total waste of time. On three separate occasions over the past year, I've spent 15-20 minutes giving patient information over the phone only to have them tell me (AFTER they have all of my mother's contact and insurance information) that they aren't available to come out. Seems like this company wants to be selective about calls and insurance companies they choose to work with. I say that because every time they tell me they don't have availability, I ask them when someone would be available to come, even days out, and they said no one would be available, ever. Do not waste your time with this company in the Denver area. It's a complete scam not set up to help patients in any way.

Dispatch Health Disappointed me
My son became very sick, and after contacting Kaiser Permanente, we were referred to Dispatch Health. We waited four hours before anyone arrived. When they finally came, they examined my son and wrote a prescription that was supposed to be sent to Walmart. It has now been six hours, and the prescription still has not been sent. Because of this unacceptable delay, we had no choice but to take my son to the ER.This experience was extremely stressful and disappointing. Dispatch Health’s lack of urgency and follow-through put my son’s health at risk. I sincerely hope my son recovers quickly, and I also hope Dispatch Health addresses these serious issues—or closes their doors if they cannot provide reliable care.

Christopher Flom
Christopher Flom, the Dispatchhealth RN, who treated my sprained hip, was EVERYTHING a good RN should be and MORE, right down to his WONDERFUL "bedside manner." I could not have hoped for a better healthcare provider than Chris !!!!!

Stellar Team
Lauren, Chrissy and Jasmine were a stellar team. They were very professional and hopefully have made the correct diagnosis. They were very attentive and answered every question. We were so thrilled to not have to wait hours at ER or urgent care!

I would rate this a -5
I would rate this a -5. I called them to book a dispatch, providing all my information, including insurance details, and they confirmed the appointment. They even sent a text stating they would arrive in 53 minutes, mentioning the providers' names. After they failed to show up, I called again, and they reassured me they would come today. They said they would call me back to specify the time, but that call never came. I called them once more and discovered they wouldn’t be coming today.Avoid them! They should be banned for a service like this. This is a medical issue, not ordering a hamburger.

Every good review is absolutely fake
Every good review is absolutely fake. I've been scheduled 3 different times to have them come out. Last two times for broken/fractured bones. All 3 times they had me waiting all day well after the appt time passed only to say they won't make it. Then said i will be the very first patient tomorrow. 1130am rolls around and they called to say they won't arrive till after 2pm. By the 3rd time I already knew they weren't going to show up YET AGAIN. They must make thier money off of billing scheme or something because they sure as hell aren't seeing patients if they no showed 3 out of 3 times! What an absolute joke of a company!

GREAT TEAM
The terrific team of Keri C. NP and Aubrey H. EMT came out to care for my husband and they were simply wonderful! What is normally a stressful experience for my husband, who is bed-bound, was handled with patience and kindness. We have used DispatchHealth several times and it's always been a good service - but this team was superior. I will be requesting them in the future. Keri went slowly and gently with her care. Aubrey was equally professional and kind. My husband handled the procedure better than he EVER has before! This is what great care looks like. Bravo. Thank you for making a difficult situation so much easier.💙

Rude and insulting
Two women showed up earlier than set appointment. One of them were very rude talked over me acted like I did not know what I was talking about, Insulted me.Told them to leave and not come back. I see why your rating id 2.0 wish I had looked at reviews before I consented to see them.

The most incompetent and reckless…
The most incompetent and reckless company. Sent someone that could not help and 4 1/2 hours later still no one that could administer iv fluids. This is an 85 year old man that passed out due to dehydration and covid. Shame on you! So disgusted.

They will purposely avoid giving you a…
They will purposely avoid giving you a doctor's notice school excuse for the child under their care. My child was diagnosed with pneumonia and had to miss a few days from school. His medicine was sent to the wrong pharmacy so we had to wait two days to get it. They won’t email or upload the school excuse to the portal. They want you to pay for it through a third party which is ridiculous. We will never use this service again!

I'm glad to see some good reviews in…
I'm glad to see some good reviews in different parts of the country but it is useless in Richmond, Virginia. First of all, you're lucky if they even show up as they give people a huge window and then call and say they can't make it or they have no showed on people before. It's a wonderful concept but it doesn't work in the Richmond Virginia area. I called for my husband and they did come out and quickly passed the buck, saying he needed to go to the ER for a simple flu which was what we were trying to avoid. It was absolutely outrageous that they will send people to the ER for nothing and cost them more money and defeat the entire purpose of the Home Health visit. The nurse practitioner Veronica, was completely incompetent, rude and condescending. All she did was look at the computer the entire time and never even examined the patient. This is probably the only place she can get a job but this is a wonderful concept if they would hire the right people and stop hiring these people that are lazy and don't want to work and just stare at a computer. I took him to the ER after they left and the ER was just laughing that we were told to go there. He just had a simple flu and we were sent home. All they did was cost us more money in an ER co-payment due to her incompetence. She actually told me he would die if I didn't go to the ER!. She made me sign a medical release. I guess it makes her feel like she's doing something by bullying patients. Her behavior was absolutely insane and I hope they terminate people like this and have this concept work the way it's supposed to because it is a very needed service. However, I will be disputing the co-payment charge with my credit card company due to no service and complete incompetence when we already now have to pay an ER co-payment thanks to her laziness and incompetence and I'm not paying both.

They Don't Answer Their Phone + Couldn't Book Online Either
Attempted to reach Dispatchhealth's Houston, Texas office today. Tried calling their # 3 times and each of the 3 times the phone rang, and rang, and rang and ultimately disconnected. No ability to leave message, nothing, nada. Then tried to book an appointment online and with my current symptom a drop-down list of sub-symptoms appeared and if any of those were the case, then they wouldn't book an appointment. All of this despite the fact that my hospital's care team specifically told me to contact them being well aware of symptoms, etc. While dispatchhealth in concept sounds interesting, it fails desperately when trying to book any appointment.

Very satisfied with professionalism
I was very happy with the service with dispatch health for my mother.. they promised window of 8 to 12 and came at 10am and stayed almost an hour. They were very thorough in background history and assessment and plan of care. Did ekg, blood work ( first stick) , checked vitals and sugar and did extensive neuro exam as well. We have a clear plan and know what to do from here. As a medical professional myself 31 years I highly recommend. Thank you M and N with Dispatch. A and S. S.

NO SHOW
Called yesterday regarding 93 year old mother on new medication for congestive heart failure, that is causing constipation. 5th day of no bowel movement. They scheduled for 10 - 2 the next day. I waited until about 1:30 and called to find an ETA. I was told they would not make it at all! Day 6 now of no BM. Had to drag 93 year old to ER! No call, no text, no nothing. Just a NO SHOW. Will NEVER use them again.

Were no shows on 3 4 hour plus arrival…
Were no shows on 3-4 hour plus arrival windows, literally lied to my face stating "team assembled and leaving right now" then 40 minutes later after noshowing yet again stating the same. Real reviews mostly 1 star, Many apparently fake 5 star reviews, and NOT ACREDITED! DO NOT USE!

Waste of time
Fill out an online form which asks you what four hour window you would like. At the end of filling all of your personal information you get the prompt you need to call. Call and answer all the same questions again, they ask for credit card information and only then do they tell you, they have no appointments today!

Awful awful company
Awful awful company. If I could give them zero stars I would. Canceled without any notice twice on my sick daughter. Terrible is all I can say, very unprofessional. Better off searching for another alternative

Don’t use this company …
My two experiences with them have been the same. Gave me a 6 hour window and called to cancel after waiting all day. Additionally, the person who calls is rude! Terrible company!

Predatory billing practices
Predatory billing practices, fraudulent advertising about what services they can and cannot provide. Just look at the reviews on here! Obviously the positive reviews are about the actual Nurse Practitioners and well deserved for these angels of our healthcare system, that said, the company isn’t owned or run by them. The owner is a sketchy doctor trying to squeeze every penny out of the elderly and disabled.
