Absolutely shocking customer service
Absolutely shocking customer service. We purchased a bed that arrived way smaller that what was described - even out with the 10% that is hidden in their vague terms and conditions. We returned the bed at their request (and our expense). They have not replied to any correspondence since other than stating that they have measured the bed and telling us that it was acceptable, even though it was still out of their terms and conditions. They have kept the bed, not refunded us and will not respond to any correspondence. The jury is still out on this one as to whether we will ever get a response but at the moment It looks like they have stolen the bed I'll still be £70 down. I could not in good conscious recommend this company to anyone.
