Disappointed with the book missing from the ' 'book gift package''!And although i supplied my phone number , I was not contacted to see if I had missed an item off...in my opinion poor service, and it took 2days and several messages to get a reply
I used this company the other day. Site is easy to use. I was impressed with the "make your own basket" section. My friend was absolutely delighted with hers. I would definitely use again. I didn't give 5 stars as I didn't see what the presentation was like but my friend said it was nice.

You’re literally paying a fee for them to use loads of extra packaging. I received one containing a magazine, chocolate bar and pack of biscuits in a box the size of a shoebox, just with loads of packaging, and was furious about it. It’s common knowledge that even most recyclable material doesn’t get recycled and it’s far more eco to not produce it in the first place.
Great selection of products, timely delivery as promised and everything was packaged beautifully. The message I requested was even handwritten, which I thought was a lovely touch.
