Very poor customer service
I purchased from them and never received notice of shipment (which they wrote in the confirmation email they would send). When I contacted them a month later to ask about it (yes, a month. I forgot that I had ordered), they gave me a copy/paste answer from their FAQs to contact the seller directly or to try to get a refund from Paypal or credit card. From there I went to the vendor's shop/contact page and saw it was closed. When I contacted support to let them know it was closed, they told me to contact the payment method again with no acknowledgement that something was wrong. They host vendors that confirm orders and then disappear, and then they relinquish all responsibility with very little help. I didn't even get a "Sorry that this happened". After searching for other reviews online and seeing a review post on reddit (you can look for yourself), I found others experienced the same thing. I would avoid them.
