I am strongly considering looking for a…

I am strongly considering looking for a new insurance for as much money as we pay for a family of four this is ridiculous. I go to a clinic I go every month have for 5 years and suddenly they start doing 15-30 day reviews on medication. Then my labs get misplaced for 2 hours they cancelled my claim then tell me I have to appeal it which will take another 15 days...... I ended up taking my meds to Walgreens just to pay with a discount coupon. This is inhumane.

This is the worst and most expensive…

This is the worst and most expensive typing centre I have come across. I have unfortunately selected this EBMS as my channel partner for obtaining Sharjah Publishing City (SPC), I think now. This year, for the third year, I am renewing my license with SPC. They have charged xxxx AED, whereas nowadays, at approximately AED 6000, new trading licences are available. I paid the fee, and the license was renewed, but they did not renew my visa. I sent my documents to a known typing centre. I came to know that they cannot renew my visa, and only EBMS can. Then I again contacted the EBMS, they told visa renewal cost 4365 AED, when I requested for breakdown of the payment, they sent EID-2540 AED, medical-365AED, insurance -960AED and admin fee-500AED, By this time, I had a trust deficit with the EBMS, so cross cross-checked with one of the typing centres. I knew they had done my medical @300AED, same insurance (which EBMS was offering) at 479 AED. When I asked the EBMS why they didn’t renew my visa during the licence renewal? Then they agreed to waive the admin fee of 500AED. Then I did the remaining 2540 AED payment to proceed with EID renewal.The next day, I received a message on WhatsApp from EBMS that “as per the SPC, there is a late renewal penalty also”. and sent a screenshot showing a 775 AED penalty on 29/10/2025. I went mad literally, in the screenshot, there wasn’t my name, my company name or date. Immediately, I contacted SPC by phone, and I explained to them that my channel partner is asking late renewal fee while I am in the grace period (visa expired on 3/10/2025 ). Then, they were told to write an email then the SPC contacted the channel partner and the late renewal issue was solved. I don’t know whether the renewal late fee was fabricated or a mistake.After a few days, I asked update on my physical Emirates ID to EBMS. I came to know that EBMS has given their office address for the delivery of the Emirates ID instead of my address. When I asked, while SPC is giving the option to select a delivery address, why you are not passing on this service to the customer, EBMS told this is our company policy. I told they your policies should be inclined to the customer. I you can't do this, I don’t want your service; make my services direct with the SPC and send me NOC to proceed. EBMS told, “If you wish to coordinate directly with SPC, you will need to obtain a NOC from our company. Please note that there are charges applicable for issuing the NOC”. When I asked NOC some someone from EBMS messaged in the group and agreed to deliver my Emirates ID to my address, and done. At least it went for a week, I felt mentally tortured, I felt people in the EBMS are incompetent, communication gap, and they think easy to swindle money from customers without providing quality services.

Company is a rip off

we had health insurance through this company from my husband former employee; Southeastrans, LLC in Indianapolis, main branch located in Atlanta, GA. Southeastrans, LLC first used Health scope benefit as the Administrator until 12/31/20, but was still allowing Health scope benefit to continue speaking with their employees from Southeastrans, LLC. Now mind you EBMS keep stating they did not start with Southeastrans, LLC until April 2019, but that's not true, because, I spoken with a customer representative at Health scope Benefit by the name of Lavern and, she stated that on 12-31-2019 the company group term gave way to EBMS. This company was our insurance company all that time, but refused to pay for bills that were accumulated, it took three years for this company to pay bills that they wanted to approve, my husband accident was 3-31-19, we paid over $600 plus dollars to this third party administrator to deny majority of the bills until, I stated the Insurance Commissioner would be contacted. Now my husband accident is being settled the company refused to pay Regional Health in Portage, IN and the physician bill that totaled $8668.20, but put a lien to get reimbursed over $12, 0000 this is some b*** s***, you refuse to pay the bills, we paid into the insurance and they feel they should be compensated. These third party administrators need to be shut down, people do not have money falling out of the sky, if we pay for the services through any insurance through jobs or whatever, "PAY THE DAMN BILLS" not what you think should be paid. I do not care how long it takes, even if the news has to get involved it stops today ripping people off, if EBMS feels they can get reimbursed for money they pay out, then all the money we put in should be returned, I will write however in Washington, DC to get my voice heard. EBMS is not allowed to take money my husband will need to continue seeing doctors due to this Concussion he has endured from accident their is no amount of money that can pay, what he has experienced then all the way up to now. I dont understand how EBMS benefits services can sleep at night or Southeastrans, LLC can have Healthscope Benefits administrator in place, get rid of them, but continue letting the company speak to us making us think, we are insured and EBMS has the account since 12/31/19, I have reached out to Southeastrans, LLC but there HR department, Pamela Ballard/Cynthia Love Bush are the nastiest individuals, I have meet and the company allow this behavior to take place, I then reached out to the chief of HR in Atlanta, GA she never responded. Truly a sad company, please be aware of what you're signing when you get insurance from your jobs, I am not saying everyone is like this, but just beware
