They sold me an old (2017) smoke…
They sold me an old (2017) smoke detector which will expire next year since they need to be replaced every 10 years. Don't feel safe using it.

We requested and paid for 3 day…
We requested and paid for 3 day shipping and it took 1 week from the purchase date. Since product was needed urgently had to purchase elsewhere, we returned the product which was received late, however we were only refunded the product total not the shipping charge. Aside from the fact you need better customer service, having someone to answer phone not just a recording. Will definitely NOT recommend or purchase anything from this company in the future.

Absolutely horrible experience with…
Absolutely horrible experience with them so far I’ve emailed them four times and called them twice. No response. I had a simple issue and they chose to not even engage with me to figure out what it was. Makes me wonder if it’s a scam. Would not recommend.

AVOID USING THIS COMPANY
they had the right product but it took weeks to get, so late that I had to use another resource. There is no easy to find customer service phone number. When I used the website inquiry as instructed, no one replied. When I went to return the product it was impossible to find instructions to do so. I finally found a phone # and was given verbal instructions and sent a form. I was required to pay the shipping AND a 25% restocking fee (because they were so slow). So in the end, my refund was about 50% of what I paid. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.

Outrageous Return Policy
Delivered quickly. Return policy cost me. Requiring authorization to return and requiring payment to ship back plus 25 percent restocking fee is not acceptable in a world having Amazon returns.

2 orders, both great
I have now ordered from ELectric Supplies Online twice in the past month and both orders have been extremely easy and quick to arrive. The first was only two items to test out an outlet color, then I ordered a total of about 30 outlets and plates once I knew I liked the color. Both orders were packaged well to prevent damage and shipped within one day. Arrived in about a week both times. I'm happy with my experience here and won't hesitate to order again if I need any more electric supplies.

Scam. They don’t reply by phone or email. No tracking updates ever sent.Reported this scam to the BBB and my credit card company.Out $400. This company should have every one involved in this scam put in Federal Prison for 100ys without a chance of release!!!

TOTAL SCAM OF A COMPANY
I ordered an electrical in ground outlet with cover. Cost me $121.75. They shipped it in August of this year but put the wrong address on the package. I've reached out to them multiple times on their website, and they only answered the first inquiry. That was 3months ago and all they said was "we'll send it again with the correct address once we receive the package back from USPS. Well, that isn't my problem. I paid for the part, so send me another one instead of waiting for USPS to get the package back to you. You shipped it, so it's your problem. This is a horrible company. I wish I had read the other reviews before purchased from them. DO NOT USE THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY, THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE AND WILL CHEAT YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY!!!! RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN FROM THIS BOGUS COMPANY!!!! Here's a phone number for them, 866-526-7791. Of course, they don't answer the phone, and you have to leave a message, which they will never call you back. Such a trash company.

Is Electric Supplies Online a scam? I placed an order and I haven’t received my order. I sent numerous emails and messages with only one response asking me for an order number. I haven’t received any response since. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND HEADACHE WITH THIS COMPANY. AT THIS POINT THEY CAN KEEP MY MONEY AND GO KICK ROCKS!

Return Policy is a Scam
Sure they will send you the stuff you buy but God forbid you have to return something. Their return policy says you have to request a return authorization by filling out some 1980s looking form and sending it via email within 7 days of receipt of the product. So you do that and then, crickets. Weeks later and three follow up emails and still no response. There is no customer service phone number to call, just the generic email address, but gosh darn it you do get some free gloves with every purchase. Zero return support so buyer beware - make sure you order the right parts.
