CEO should break bad attitude habits.
Pros: since this is a non-profit organization, you get the chance to meet wonderful people in different communities.Cons: The CEO, aside form being a manipulator, doesn't treat his employees equally. Dave Green's leadership is terrible to the extent that he will use you, but he gets the credit. Whenever we try to voice out our concerns, he threatens us to quit. Also, discrimination is rampant in the office. So, if you're black or belong to the LGBT community, then don't dare to apply here because you will only get humiliated every day.
