Ordered a pair of shoes from Filling…
Ordered a pair of shoes from Filling Pieces. They used FEDEX to deliver, however my parcel was never delivered (believe the delivery man stole the parcel). FEDEX offered £15 compensation for a £120 order. I reached out to Filling Pieces, who straight away offered a replacement pair free of charge, which I have just recited today. Very happy with the customer service/outcome. Clearly a company with integrity who values their customers. Thank you again! Felix.

Fillingpieces has lost its essential spirit after the overhaul of design phylosophy. Its quality is no longer as good, though claiming the craftsmanship never changed. Used to buy many each year, but now, cannot appeal to me like before

Do NOT buy from this company. The WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced. I ordered shoes November 12. They sent shoes that weren’t advertised. I told them about it constantly with hardly any response. It takes weeks for them to respond. Now they’re saying they won’t send me the correct product because they “refunded 20% already”. THEY SENT A WRONG PRODUCT TO ME. I have to follow up constantly to even get a reply and they’re not doing anything to help. It has been 3 months. No refund. No correct product sent. Just delaying and saying I got 20% back so it’s done.
