Extremely unprofessional and childish
The person that appears to be running the store, whose name is Sam, is extremely unprofessional and childish.He has let an approved return sit for over 15 days in a pickup station and has refused the delivery of the item after that period of time. I have just learned that PayPal won't be of help if a case is opened 30 days after order receipt.I can't help but think that Sam knew beforehand about this and waited deliberately so that PayPal would refuse helping me. The item is right now on its way back to me after I had to pay for return shipping.I am putting the case in the hands of the European Consumer Centre, hopefully the store will not be able to get away with violating a customer's right to return an item within its proper return window.In the meantime, serious film collectors and people that want to avoid trouble should definitely stay away from this store.
