Insanely quick shipping and delivery. ! Shocked at how budget friendly the prices are on their website. I was able to get myself, my wife, & both my daughters some of our favorite fragrances for about 25% up to half off retail. The fact that I was already impressed when they arrived a whole 3 days earlier than expected, I was SOLD!Highly recommend!!

Disappointing first purchase
I was making my first ever purchase with Fragrance express for the Lancome Idole that was on sale for $23.33 only for my money to be refunded that it was out of stock , yet days later i could see it listed as 1 unit remaining . that is so misleading for your clients.The item is still listed on your website as available till now. How inefficient

0/5 Ordered items through fruggo, so mystified that fragrance express were the seller. Avoid at all costs. 50.00 of shampoo and conditioner never arrived. Fruggo have ignored 2 weeks of emails. I have never experienced such poor service. Have involved PayPal to resolve.

Old Product
I sent an email and I haven't heard from anyone yet but I want to return this item. It's old it's from 2020 and it's yellow and it should be white. It also smells completely different like it's old and I can't believe it was allowed to be sent out. I have a bottle that I was finishing up and it is completely different and fresh.

I purchased shampoo and conditioner and was very pleased with the packaging and timely delivery. The bottles were secured and packaged well, nothing spilled. I’d purchased this before from another company and it was a mess, not packaged properly and it had spilled in the box. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy again from fragranceexpress.
