Very poor customer service, unreliable.

The people in the local office I signed up through had fair customer service. The Fred loya customer login is completely useless. It’s very primitive in that the only thing you can do is click through a bunch of nothing and make a payment. Although most of the businesses claim to be open on saturdays, every single one of the phone numbers called gets transfered to an answering service who then transfers you again. Then you get hung up on or nobody answers at all. The number that the answering service provided me led directly to the exact same individual that gave me “another number to try” I spend over 20 minutes of my time calling multiple numbers, hung up on 3 times and still no resolve. I simply needed to update my payment method for automatic payments for my auto insurance policy, and that is not an option with their customer login. Poor customer service, no useful customer login to resolve things online, and from several other reviews I have read during my attempt to contact them during listed normal business hours state that this company is unhelpful and unreliable.

By honoring insurance claims when they…

By honoring insurance claims when they know their insurer is at fault even with a police report they still tried to deny me my claim It seems that they were more or the adjuster Miss Luna was more biased towards the insurer a Spanish descendant woman with no United States license that hit my vehicle and lied and said that I hit hers the police report revealed that it was totally her fault but they still didn't want to pay and I think that's a shame if you're an established company if you're insurer is at fault the same as if I was at fault the claim would be honored it but it got dishonored and I got ridicued and again it was biased on a lie not the truth but bias on race which was pitiful in this day and time and I just wanted to write the review this is not to be revengeful but to say I was done wrong and as well as not being compensated which is horrendous when they're insurer tore up my vehicle and didn't want to pay and if I would have lied or did the same my insurer would have paid but it seems like Fred loya is only a biased company that only rolls with what they're lying insurer says even with a police report again so I would advise anyone that's an accident or an insured which I'm quite sure had disappointments with getting their car fixed if you were the insurer and not the victim with this company should also hire a lawyer because they will not honor the claim but yet try to get out of it And I guess that's the rule of thumb if you're the insurance company ensuring people and hopes that they don't tear up something but not when you know and still don't want to pay That's despicable even more ignomonious and they need to fix this problem if they're going to exist and the insurance field I would hate to encounter an accident which I don't want to have a accident I was not in my car when this accident occurred and they still didn't want to pay Make that make sense what if I was in the vehicle with them still did the same and this person hurt me so I put out the question to the country and I guess the world if their insuring people out of the United States watch out you will get wronged

Horrible Insurance Company – They Ignore Calls and Lowball Estimates!

I was involved in an accident on 2/12/25 where I was hit by a Fred Loya insured, and dealing with their claims department has been an absolute nightmare. The adjuster I was assigned was rude and dismissive the one time I actually spoke with them. After that, my calls were ignored completely.I had to escalate my case to a supervisor just to get a response, and even then, I only heard back once. After that, they stopped responding as well. I called again, but no one would answer or return my calls. Their voicemail states that they will return calls if you contact them before 5 PM, but that is simply not true. No matter how many times I followed up, they refused to respond. On top of that, my car has over $8,000 worth of damages, but Fred Loya is trying to lowball me with a ridiculous estimate that doesn’t even come close to covering the repairs. They claim they hit a policy limit of $5,000, but their estimate was even lower than that, meaning they’re not even offering the full policy limit! To make matters worse, they expect me to split that $5,000 with another driver—even though their insured caused the accident by pushing my car into that other vehicle. Instead of taking responsibility, they are trying to pay out as little as possible and make me deal with the rest.Because of their terrible handling of my claim, I filed a complaint with the state insurance department to report their lack of communication and bad faith practices. They’ve been dragging this process out, making excuse after excuse, and doing everything they can to avoid paying what’s actually owed. It’s unacceptable for an insurance company to be this unprofessional, unresponsive, and dishonest. If you ever have to deal with Fred Loya, be prepared to fight for every penny because they will try to scam you out of what you’re owed. Stay far away from this company.

Be more responsible for claims

The company needs to teach claim representatives to be more caring especially with not-at-fault victims. Have a little bit of compassion in El Paso, Texas. A little care goes a long way. Don't ignore the victims. Instead help them as quickly as possible especially after the person at fault admits it. My Mom has had a claim since January 4, 2023 and is just getting her car repaired. She had to pay for a rental out of pocket. Why don't they help her with a rental?

Claim # 65-297838-02

Claim # 65-297838-02This is my last attempt to contact Sarah & Nubia of Fred Loya Insurance in regards to the claim referenced above. I have continuously tried contacting Fred Loya in regards to this claim. My personal items STILL HAVE YET TO BE PAID. I was promised emails to take care of this, Phone calls etc. to no avail. I have sent all the information you need to cover these claims to Nubia Reyes via email. Additionally more damages have been discovered that were overlooked by the adjuster attached you will find an email of this damage. The Brick adjacent to the garage also received additional damage as seen in attached evidence. At this time I have several options to rectify the malpractice on Fred Loya's part. Option 1Pay the claims as sent to Nubia Reyes via email in a detailed spreadsheet of damaged items and send an adjuster to re-evaluate damages to brick and pay the remainder of the claim.Option 2Pay additional damage to home and personal property immediately.Option 3I seek legal representation and collect the full amount of monies owed to me for the claim. Please reply to this email in a timely manner preferably within 2 business days. Failure to contact us will result in default to option 2 (Pay additional damage to home and personal property immediately.) and payment disbursement should be made within 2 weeks or less.Jorge Calderon713-538-5073 Maricela Calderon832-425-7672
