AMAZING PRICE QUILTY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE…
For the price you get an AMAZING QUALITY and an AMAZING PRICE! I began purchasing chip ins, loved them so much i decided to commit to fullshine wefts, been wearing them for 3 month and still beautifully installed ❤️ going to give the ktips a try on a client and am so excited! I am pleased to also write my experience with their customer service when my package was returned to sender because of a shipping error fullshine reached out to ME! very quickly and asked for an alternative address and promptly reshipped at no extra shipping cost and followed up making sure I recieved my order! I dont think I've had a company go above and beyond for me as a customer before!!! Rate FULLSHINE A 10000/10!!!

I have ordered Full Shine genius human hair wefts for 3 years now to make my own hairpieces. I order 4 or 5 different colors and stack them together on a thin piece of stretch lace. This hair is gorgeous and soft. I wear them at least 4 times a week and I am still wearing the ones I made 3 years ago. Full Shine is the only company I will ever buy from. Vicki S

I ordered a 3x5 blonde hair topper…
I ordered a 3x5 blonde hair topper October 15th. When it came I carefully removed it from the box and could tell immediately that it wound not match my naturally blonde going, white hair. I had not colored my hair for 2-1/2 years and liked the natural ageing color. I did not open the packaging and requested a return and refund. They asked for proof I had not opened the packaging. I sent pictures and after a few texts was able to send the hair back. Tracking showed they received it on November 3rd. I contacted them again about the refund. Once again they wanted me to send pictures of my hair color and they would try to match it. It is so frustrating! I don't want any hair from this company just a friendly refund. They have the returned hair in unopened condition and still there is a problem with a refund. I have never had this kind of a refund issue with anything or any other company ever. I should have known better having had a problem with an order a few years ago. The hair on a weft was so thin and took 3 wefts to make the thickness of what one should have been. I had opened it and did not return it. 2 days a go I got an email that they are going to refund my purchase. It might be 7-10 days before it gets to my bank. I will update or cancel my review when I receive my refund. As of Friday they said my refund should appear in my bank soon. I saw that refund posted for the full amount on Monday. I was very relieved and appreciate that finally they gave me the refund. This review has nothing to do with the quality of the hair piece, which I did not open, but only based on a refund that was very difficult to get.

I've spent tons of money on the expensive brands like Bellami, Glam seamless, Luxy....I tried them all. I thought I would get quality hair extensions. I was so wrong. The best extensions I have tried are absolutely Full Shine. This is a quality product and I am telling you, don't waste tons of money on extensions that last 2 weeks. I spent $1500 on Bellami's and they were absolutely crap. Try Full Shine. They are an amazing company
