Terrible service and not timely
I only clicked one star because I had to. This company quoted a 7-14 day production, and we made it clear we need them in 3-4 weeks for a trip we were taking. They were responsive through the quoting and order process. Once they received our payment they wouldn’t respond to any emails. The screens didn’t arrive for our trip so we requested to cancel/refund. Of course no response. The screens finally arrived after we returned from said trip. I feel like we are stuck with them because they clearly won’t reply to any messages.
