Tony Cusack did the conveyancing for our house purchase and was fantastic. We switched from a different solicitor and the difference was huge. He was communicative, really fast, and had great understanding of rural properties. I wish we’d started with him. I would definitely recommend.
Advertising on internet but turn turn down enquiries from out of their geographical area. But no mention of where that may be.

The public have a right to be protected from outfits like this. Professional? what a joke. Told by solicitor "Do you think I`m a mind reader" when asked questions. Turns out I found out more info via Estate Agent than this appallingly expensive Solicitor
Shocking avoid at all costs, cost me a lot of money
Matthew Rose was really helpful and gave some excellent advice for free. Due to his advice I was able to sort the issue without legal help. Be assured though if I need any help in future I would definitely contact Matthew
My wife and I have recently sold a rural property which was originally part of a larger complex. As with many old properties in the countryside there were quite a few problems with land boundaries / ownership etc., but David Wallace and his helpful, knowledgeable and friendly team resolved all the issues in the most professional manner - Well done GA Solicitors !!
