Michael restored my confidence in Goal Zero

Michael helped restore my confidence in Goal Zero. When the Yeti Pro 8000 LiFePo power bank (and its replacement) developed error messages and could not connect to the cloud for firmware updates, Michael consistently and transparently provided regular updates and steadfastly helped me exhaust my repair options. He was accessible, professional, responsive, and an effective communicator who created and achieved solutions to previously unsolvable challenges. Goal Zero ultimately provided a full refund and I am once again hopeful for its future products to reflect the functional culture, dedication, and integrity embodied in its team.

Issue resolved!

I bought a 1500x from Goal Zero as I wanted to make sure I had back up power for when power outages happened.After a time my Yeti stopped taking a charge. I was able to get ahold of customer service who replaced the unit for me and got me up and running again.So pleased to do business with a company that stands behind their product. Could not be more pleased.

Fabulous customer support

I had a super good experience with Michael in support, where I had a very time-sensitive issue that needed to be handled that he and the team were able to resolve in just a few hours.Really appreciate the support, and this is the second time I've needed support from the company, and the other time was just as good as this experience.

Constant beeping

I bought a Yeti 150 years ago and I was good about charging it and discharging it. I stopped doing that and the battery was no longer able to hold a charge. As long as it was plugged in there wasn’t any beeping. Once I unplugged it, then it would beep. I put it in the garage because I figured it would beep for a few hours or less, then turn off. It has been over 12 hours and it is still beeping. Not only do they make it beep for hours, but about every 6 seconds. When it is quiet in my house I am able to hear the beeping every six seconds. I will never buy any Goal Zero stuff again. February 2It is around 6am CST and it is still beeping. Over 24 hours and it is still beeping. I bet if they were to make the battery beep less, then it still would probably be working. It is extremely annoying. I put it in the garage and covered it to help muffle the sound, which helped, but I hear it when I am in the kitchen and if it is very quiet in my room.2/19/26I have been speaking with Maurice from Goal Zero and he has told me how I can replace the battery. I have ordered a new battery and will install it, so I will at least be able to use it again.

Chayce was an absolute standout

Have always loved the GoalZero products (use them every day), and the warranty is a huge part of that. I had a warranty replacement that had complex details and a lot to manage. Chayce was diligent, patient, thorough, cheerful, and had excellent followthrough. A person like Chayce is what holds a company's reputation and results together. Thank you for the above and beyond service.

I emailed goal zero regarding a product I bought i sent photos and explained what happened and they got back to me the very next day and sent me a replacement for my product. Great customer service!

Recently learned the original Expansion…

Recently learned the original Expansion Module was recalled. After contacting Goal Zero I quickly received all the replacement parts as well as a couple more items I needed to make it all fit together. GZ was incredibly helpful as always when I had questions. They stand behind their products and customer service is now very quick to respond unlike many other companies in this downsized economic world we live. Great to experience a company that still provides great customer service that results in GREAT customer satisfaction. Thanks

The 12 volt portal stopping working on Yeti 1000 core

The 12 volt portal stopping working on our Yeti 1000 core after less than two years of service. Fortunately Goal Zero stood by their product and are replacing the unit and shipping us a new 1500 X to meet our camping needs. I’ve been extremely impressed with the return process and especially grateful for the incredible communication and efforts from Chayce, the Goal Zero Customer Service rep who handled our warranty case.

great customer service

i read the product documentation and it offered to send an adapter for a different battery size. steban, the customer service rep, advised that the adapter was not in stock. however, he DID find one in the warehouse and arranged to send it to me. This is EXCELLENT customer service, above and beyond normal, and greatly exceeded my expectations. GREAT JOB STeban. thanks . barry

Awesome Employee Johnathon

Awesome from start to finish Johnathon help me replace my altra 80 with no negative attitude.From start to finish he handled the return . And kept me updated to the finish when they received the broken unit back. Goal Zero needs to hire more people like Johnathon

Persistence

I had a 6000X that stopped taking a charge through the High Power Port. I worked with Jonathan in support, first on the phone and later via email. It took a few weeks of back and forth, trying different solutions before we agreed the best thing to do was to replace the unit. Now I am whole again. I think the key here is to be patient and recognize that diagnosis and eventual replacement will take some time but that GoalZero support will stick with you until resolution.
