I use Gooten to fulfill greeting cards…

I use Gooten to fulfill greeting cards for my Etsy shop (Life According to Snow), and my first order went smoothly from start to finish. As a new seller, there’s definitely a learning curve with SKUs, but once everything was set up correctly, the integration worked well.I relied on the support database to answer my setup questions and found it clear and helpful. It’s reassuring to have a fulfillment partner I can depend on while I focus on creating. Looking forward to continuing to grow my shop with them.

HORRIBLE Experience. AVOID.

HORRIBLE Experience - Warning: Do Not Use!I have been using Gooten for years, the connection has always been questionable and customer service slow.However, this week I have had three extraordinarily poor experiences.2 x orders same day did not sync. Checked multiple times a day for FOUR DAYS and still did not sync. On day 3 I sent a help request, no response, so on day 4 I sent a message to cancel the orders if they ever come through and made the order with another provider (so my customers actually get their orders and with any timeliness). Gooten failed to cancel the orders and then refused to refund, saying they had a sync issue and that these things happen. They advised me to disconnect my Etsy store to prevent these problems in future (so... stop being a customer?). So now I am left out of pocket for both orders and have the embarrassing situation of my customers receiving their orders twice.Yesterday I had a $650 order and over 24hrs later, it still did not sync. I logged in to Gooten and disconnected my Etsy store to prevent a duplicate order (if it ever comes through, who knows). Then when I went to make the order manually - ALL OF MY PRODUCTS HAVE DISAPPEARED. Literally years of work down the drain. I tried reconnecting my store but still 0. I've now made that order with another provider also.GOODBYE FOREVER, GOOTEN.

Sad - I loved Gooten 2016-2024

I am so very sad to see that it will likely be impossible to continue to work with Gooten for my outdoor pillows for my shop. I am in Canada, granted, but I ordered Jan 8th, label was created Jan 13th, USPS did not receive the packge until Jan 23rd and now today, Feb 5th, my sample order to re-test with the current situation, is in Indianapolis and says "preparing for delivery". Uhmmm, what?! I am in Canada!

Incorrect orders & no refunds

I am really shocked that Gooten not only screwed up my printing, but they can't (or won't) even process a simple refund. What's worse, they told me they DID process a refund, but it was only after I confronted them because it had not been put through that they admitted Gooten had not processed it. This is absolutely ridiculous and the worst experience I've ever had with any company, ever. There is absolutely no excuse for this. Gooten needs me and other businesses to survive, this is no way to treat us.They are aware that they are messing up your orders - I saw Maddy's video on YouTube with the apology. I thought this apology a month before my order and refund were messed up meant they were fixing things, it said they had resumed order stability but that does not seem to be the case. I find it hilarious that they turned off the YouTube comments on the apology video, they obviously know there are a lot of people who are still angry with them, and for good reason. As businesses we need to depend on their reliability, and Gooten has permanently lost my trust. It should not be impossible for you to issue refunds when they're aware that they're already screwing up thousands of orders (I've been reading about their struggles online - many complaints). This is inexcusable, especially around the holidays when Gooten should be at the top of their game. I am so disappointed in Gooten, and I'm not the only one. Look around online, you'll find hundreds of bad reviews - do NOT use them for anything, you will lose money and you'll be disappointed with their print quality.

So bad

So bad, no customer support, no idea why things go wrong, no recourse and no response when requesting customer support. Would never trust them with my customers orders

Gooten has NO customer service

Product was stuck in production. No response to emails. Shipping was delayed by 3 weeks and I was unable to reach anyone. Also, don't trust production times, they were NOT accurate.Would NOT recommend this company.

Unreliable Service and Slow Communication

I’ve been really disappointed with this experience. My order was delayed far beyond the expected timeframe, and it takes days to hear back from customer service — when they do reply, updates are vague and unhelpful.As an Etsy seller, these delays have directly affected my shop and customer trust. Communication needs serious improvement — it shouldn’t be this hard to get a clear answer or a realistic shipping date.I’ve completely lost confidence in their reliability and won’t be using them again.

No luck here. fullfilment issues all orders

I’m a top 1% Etsy seller and have been trying to use Gooten for over a year to expand my product line. Out of my roughly 1,000 listings, I only used Gooten for about 10 products.Unfortunately, every single order fulfilled by Gooten has had issues. One order was canceled after three weeks because the buyer’s address supposedly couldn’t be recognized on "their system". Most of the others shipped one to two weeks later than the expected fulfillment date. My most recent order is now three weeks late, and the only communication I’ve received is a generic email from their marketing team stating there’s a backlog and they’ll “catch up eventually,” without providing any specific timeline.Given these repeated problems, I’ve decided to remove all of my products from Gooten.

Do not recommend

I am giving one star because I cannot give 0. Been working with Gooten for about 3 years. In the past 2 months, everything went crazy after they sold the company:1. late or no shipping of the items without prior announcement, 2. no refunds even though they screwed things up,3. support apparently took a vacation because a week passed by with no response.I do not recommend working with them further, as I am also moving my business.

Order Delayed so Far , BEWARE: No responses, Unreliable for the Holiday Season

Have used Gooten a few times in the past with no issues but at the moment I have an order that was placed on September 27th. It is now October 17th and this order was supposed to ship between September 30th-October 4th and it is still "in production". I have reached out to customer service multiple times and received automated emails back saying that they would get back to me within 3 business days. Here we are 8 business days later with no response and no progression with the order. This is extremely frustrating for someone who is trying to run a successful shop. With the holidays around the corner I will make sure to not use Gooten due to their lack of response and delayed orders.

NOT OK, placed an order for sample never went into production tried to cancel no reimbursement something is really off with this company I reached out to customer service multiple times and no replies I am really shocked by this. Save yourself money and time and your companies name and of use another POD.

DO NOT USE GOOTEN!!

DO NOT USE GOOTEN!!! They used to be great but the last couple of months they've been terrible! Nothing is shipping on time (we're talking 2-3 weeks for the same blanket sold by printify and shineon they all use MWW), customer service refuses to respond to help tickets, live chat or emails. The gooten Facebook group has been blowing up for weeks with everyone complaining and jumping ship. We're all moving to other POD suppliers.

I've been using Gooten for years, and they failed me

I've been using Gooten for years, and my experience has been good. For the last two weeks, it hasn't. I have many overdue orders, and Gooten support is not replying to my tickets and emails. My tickets are 4 days old, and nobody replied to me.

Do not use Gooten

I’ve been using Gooten for a year and a half without issues. I have it set up through Etsy and currently have a dozen orders that are anywhere from 2-14 days overdue that still say “in production” on Gooten’s site. I’ve reached out 6 times over the last 2 weeks, filing support tickets, and have not heard back. Naturally, all of my customers have requested refunds and cancellations. I cannot get in touch with anyone at Gooten and have no idea why they haven’t completed or shipped my orders, but I’m extremely frustrated and inconvenienced by this. Will have to disconnect Gooten and switch to a new fulfillment company.

Order Delayed, Support Unresponsive

I placed an order with Gooten that is now 10 days overdue. I contacted customer support four days ago and have received no response—no update, no explanation. Even more frustrating, there’s no clear way to cancel the order or request a refund while it sits in limbo.Delays happen, but being unable to reach support or even find a straightforward way to cancel an unfulfilled order is unacceptable. Gooten needs to improve both communication and the process for refunds when orders are severely delayed.

GGooten system failure on September 22, 2025 — lost order and timeooten had a system failure on [date]…

Gooten had a system failure on [date] that prevented me from submitting order #11386643, 11382674. Support did not respond promptly, so I had to place the order with another provider (Printify) to avoid delaying my customer. Lost time and inconvenience. Not recommended until reliability improves.

Used to be the best out there

Used to be the best out there, but recently have become a complete failure, and they will blame you for their lack of truth and delays in production. Customer for over 4 years and ran multiple 6 figures of product through them.

DON'T USE GOOTEN! THEY SUCK!

I have been using Gooten for over a year now. For mostly Woven Blankets and desk mats. I have consistently received 5 star reviews on Etsy until the past month.My customers were not getting their products on time. Products were just sitting in production. No messages from Gooten. Then their website started returning 404 errors. They didn't update the facebook group to tell us anything. I had about 5 deskmats come through in one day only for them to charge me for them, the deskmats sit for days and then randomly send me an email saying they are SOLD OUT! I was sending emails daily. Their turn around time for responding to emails is 4 days! 36 business hours! Business hours are 9-5. In the midst of this, my woven blankets started just sitting again in production for long times. My blankets range from $93-$149. They kept telling me that despite what the website says is shipping time, the production is within SLA. Then a full 8 days later they finally sent an email saying their were issues with the production partner. Technical issues. But things are still on track to send out blankets.. Blankets went from shipping in a week to 2.5-3 weeks. I had one order come in I didn't see that was charged so I left it to see if I'd continue with Gooten. It took almost 3 weeks to receive the blanket. The lady sent me a message 2 days ago showing the blanket. It was the worst blanket I've ever seen!Colors were wrong, the images were skewed. It was horrible. I've disconnected all 3 of my stores and deactivated all of my listings. I am done with Gooten! I am moving all of my listings to Shopify.I have purchased a blanket from Shopify and it looks identical to Gooten. Save yourself time and heartache and skip Gooten.

Updated Wouldn’t let me cancel 12 hours after receiving the receipt

I’ve been using Gooten for years if you ever had to cancel an item due to a customer cancellation and it had not shipped , they would allow you to change the shipping address so that you could receive the item but after contacting them only 12 hours after receiving the receipt for the order that was placed. They told me that I cannot cancel the order and I cannot even change the address even though the items not supposed to ship for another 4 to 6 days so the person who canceled the order is still gonna get to receive the artwork for free now. They gave me no other option How can this be customer service? In real life, customers cancel orders people make mistakes on addresses. These things have to be able to be taken care of in real time before it ships to provide basic customer service.. CmonI’m happy to report that I was reached out to my support the following day and they made the cancellation so that I could take care of the customer in the situation which I am truly grateful for thank you
