Scam artists. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. They wouldn’t inspect car on return to them and then emailed 3 hours later with false accusation of damages. We had photo and video evidence of the vehicle with the damages prior to us renting it and they are ignoring our emails. Shameful way to run a company.
This company is a scam!Me and a friend rented to cars in Mallorca. We took photos of the cars before we left the airport. Many damages was inflicted on the cars and we could not get a single employee to inspect the cars with us. Upon delivery we both got a mail, that we had inflicted new damages to the cars and Gorecord withdrew money from our cards. It took them less than 3 hours to take our money and it has taken us more than 4 weeks to get in contact with them. And we have photodocumentation of the cars, showing that the damages was preexisting. This company is a scam! AVOID! AVOID!
Do not ever use Gorecord car rental. They are a silly rubbish company. Charge you extra damages and their customer service are unable to reach.FIND ANOTHER COMPANY
The woman in the counter in Alicante AirPort was very rude. I missunderstod the price of the rent and therefore wanted to find my e-mail with the confirmation and the price. She then wrote the price on a paper, and I told her that I had missunderstood the price at first.She replied that next time I should listen the first time instead of beliving that she tried to scam me. I told her that she didn’t have to be rude and it was my missunderstanding. She then turned to her collegue and I guess she said something not so nice about me in spanish..
What a horrible horrible company I rented a car at Majorka Airport and person who serve me was rude and they ware trying to sale me extra cover and ware implying if I don't they will scratch the car and take my deposit this company is a SCAM do yourself a favour and avoid at all cost we ended up without car as refused to pay extra and we had to take taxi from the airport we saw all.other people ware complaining about extra hidden charges horrible staff - Hidden cost that is pushed on costumer its just a SCAM company !!!
We booked a car on 1st Jan with recordgo car rental. When we arrived we were treated so rudely by a rather rotund spanish lady, we took a ticket which was No 28 . 1 hour and 10 tickets later i approached her and she asked for cash to push me up the list!!!We were now on ticket 37 i cancelled and said we were going to firefly she said ":i dont care". Not a good advert for RecordGo. DONT USE THEM THEY ARE AWFUL. D A.
I want to aware everyone not to deal with company. I had the worse experience ever in Barcelona airport. I lost my money and I didn't get any car. First of all they are not in airport, it takes one hour to reach them, as their shuttle goes once per hour to some industrial area. I had a voucher with 130 euro payable on the desk. They wanted to give me worse car for 500 euro payable on the desk. I was told that electronic voucher and my deposit of 68 euro means nothing for them, in a rude way. I left with no car, and they just took my drposite money without providing any service. Cheaters

Be very careful if you rent a car from this company, "GORECORD RENT A CAR" My dealings were with the office at Malaga Airport !!They were much cheaper than everybody else and this is why !!After returning the car after a month it was checked over and all was correct.Some time later I noticed that 310.55€ had been taken from my account for damage to the vehicle which was not there upon return.It has taken me 3 months to get my money back and when I spoke about this on social media it seems im not the first and most definitely wont be the last.Recommend NO,Use again NO
