Curtis was great
Curtis was great. At first we thought my claim wouldn’t be covered but. After speaking to my agent and getting stuff straightened out everything was approved he even worked on a quick timeline to help get us the estimate next day I really appreciated the time timely response and the willingness to work through issues.

Only good things to say about Grange Insurance
I only have great things to share about my experience working with Grange insurance and my claims adjustor Mr. Rogers. My experience was very seamless and stress free. He made the process of filing my property damage claim from start to finish very positive. Honestly, I wish all companies would give their customers this much attention to detail and wonderful service!

Top Notch Customer Service!

Grange delivered
Blake my agent has been consistently professional, clear, and responsive throughout this entire process. My parents are elderly, so I have been managing much of this on their behalf. Having someone like Blake who communicates well and stays on top of every detail has made a meaningful difference for our family. It reduced stress and created confidence at every step.I work in a customer service focused industry, and I know how rare representatives like Blake can be. She reflects extremely well on Grange. The entire experience has been fair, straightforward, and easy to navigate. When you pay for insurance year after year, what matters most is how a company shows up when you actually need them. I lost my very expensive wedding ring while on vacation and my husband and I were traumatized, it was the most stressful thing we have ever gone through. Our insurance adjuster at Grange was amazing and helped us through every step of the process, I give them 10 stars!!!!
