I was helped very quickly, my situation was handled promptly and the agent was knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. The agent made me feel as if I am the only customer Grasshopper has.

Great Business Checking Option.
I like having my business checking account with Grasshopper. It's nice knowing I don't need to worry about keeping a minimum balance. I love that there are no fees and that it's an interest bearing account. It's extremely convenient to be able to have the mobile app to deposit checks anywhere I am. it integrated well with Quickbooks online so it makes reconciling monthly statements a breeze. The only thing I would really like is if I were able to include a memo in my check deposit instead of waiting for the deposit to post to then include a memo. That is the only inconvenience, which is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5.

Auto Loan Incompetence
This bank took over AAA Financial services and an auto loan that I had. Car was totaled on 10/28/25; I paid off the remaining balance on 11/5/25 to get the title lien removed. Despite weekly calls and emails to customer support, DMV was not notified to release the lien until 2/5/26 . Still waiting for the auto title to give to my insurance co.

ABSOLUTE worst customer service
ABSOLUTE worst customer service. Did not cash a payoff check for over a month which delayed the vehicles title by 3 months. Would not even speak to me, made me send an email for current updates, after they told me to call back once the check cleared. They made no sense on the phone and refused to help.
