I had serious splits in my boots that allowed water in .. so not good!Once I’d provided proof of damage and purchase I was sent a new pair of boots (to the UK) as replacement .. which was brilliant, even though the boots were 18 months old. I was also reassured that if such a problem occurred again to get back in touch!Excellent customer service. Thankyou.
Great customer care for broken zipper. Contacted the support via the form on the contact page. Shortly after a ticket was opened and Noel replied to me with a video tutorial + offering to send a new free zipper. Great after sale & customer care.Zipper should be home shortly.

When UPS delivered my parcel to the wrong address, the Haglofs customer service team were very helpful and supportive. They sent out a replacement package which was with me in under 3 days. The product is of a high quality, I would definitely buy again.

Very reactive and good support. Found the issue to repair the zipper of a jacket long after the guarantee. Shipped the part twice after the first one got lost.
I lost a strap on my backpack without me noticing, or it may have never been there to begin with. Reached out for a spare part. It got replaced quickly, smooth experience.
Best experience ever with this customer support. I bought a jacket which started to lose a strange amount of feathers after a few days. I had been a little disappointed that the Skuta walking boots had split after 18 months, but Haglofs customer service restored my faith entirely - they responded rapidly, helpfully and arranged for replacement boots very quickly. Customer service as impressive and hassle-free as this is sadly rare nowadays. I feel that Haglofs are a responsible and decent company, based on this experience.
My issue was resolved promptly, no unnecessary back and forth, their customer services were excellent.
