Spent 60 bucks for a wig and wig cap
Spent 60 bucks for a wig and wig cap. Got a notification saying my package was outside but, when i went to collect it,my package was nowhere where to be found. I contacted ups and hair supply immediately for a refund or a replacement wig and they canceled my claim with UPS and have not gotten back to me since. I will no longer be supporting them or buying anything from them take it from me and countless others too bad bad reviews they are valid in these people do not care they just want your money and you will waste your time trying to get a refund. I bought the same hair off of Amazon through Sensationel. Better price and better quality I will be purchasing all my hair from Amazon through Sensationel from now on

Terrible company and customer service
I’ve bought multiple wigs from this company in the past, their wigs and customer service use to be absolutely amazing, now it’s dog sht, they rarely respond to emails and if they do it’ll be 3 days later. Spent $61 on a wig including $11 shipping, wig cap was by far too big (makes sense on why they don’t include the wig cap measurements), and hair was nappy and itchy, just unbearable. Asked for a refund and to return the iteam they said no, even if I would’ve been able to return the fcked up wig it would’ve been an $8 shipping fee. Money and time wasted, this company is sickening, don’t waste your money

I purchased 2 wigs from this shop
I purchased 2 wigs from this shop, one 1B and the other 4. I received one wig that was what I ordered, but the other wig was a "bleached blonde wig." Immediately after opening the box and seeing this, I emailed and submitted a message to Hairsofly advising them of this error and requested a return label. I received a message after message asking for copies of the wig in question. I complied, and after responding to the 3rd request, these folks stopped communicating. Be aware that they are located on many sites; seemingly with different business names (HSF, Hairsofly, and Hair So Fly), 2801 Juniper Street, Fairfax, Virginia 22031. This company is irresponsible; they lack professionalism, and they do not stand by their products, errors, or business commitments. And will NOT assist customers when problems arise.~Baffling! Beware. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!

All I can say is never again will I ever order from this store. The wig smelled like it had been in the gutter the smell was so bad it had my whole bathroom and bedroom smelling like a gutter. And I definitely wasnt putting it on my head. After multiple emails at this point I feel a phone call should have been made to me. This was the worst wig experience I ever had I have ordered from multiple companies and never have I ever been treated with no concern. When customers reach out you should be getting back with them to see how you can accommodate them. And not just through an email! Customer Service is definitely not what it used to be nobody wants to take the time to communicate with the customer.

Save yourself the stress of shopping here. They will literally ignore you, and the only thing that got their attention was a call from my bank when they refused to get back to me, unbelievable! Omg Worse Hair company in the world first of all they have ignored my calls I cannot track my package it is obviously lost I have emailed them several times. Somebody’s actual hair inside my order
I’ve used this company many times. Never had a problem - this time I received a parcel with SOMEBODY ELSES HAIR inside of it. I am literally bald so it’s absolutely not mine - nor was it part of the wigs as the wigs texture does not match the Afro hair in my order!First off, it’s completely unhygienic. Second of all, in my household we do not play when it comes to hair. There were pretty large amounts of somebody else’s hair, one wrapped in a hairnet and the other one was just a ball of hair all tangled together genuinely the size of my hand (or bigger). If I could attach photos I would. I’m still waiting on a response from them but please be warned.

Honest Review: Don’t Buy From Them
There are better stores. First time buyer here’s an honest review YouTubers or influencers who are sponsored by this brand won’t tell you: Pro: Fast shipping, one day response for customer service. Con: Doesn’t accept international returns (anything outside of United States). Hair quality is lacking, Sheds, Styles do not translate well in person. Last but not lease customer service is poor, you have better chance talking to a robot.
