Love this book club! My favourite part of the month is receiving my new book in the post. There is also lots of engagement with other members through a WhatsApp group chat. The meetings each month are at a convenient time and there is no pressure to contribute if you don't want to but also lots of opportunities to of you want to share your ideas.
Absolutely love my monthly fantasy self care box. I look forward to seeing the treats. Loved this month's lip scrub and the self heating eye mask ❤️
I joined Happily Ever After Book Club in January 2026 and honestly I love it! The community is amazing and the books are brilliant. I specifically like the Pamper Boxes! April and Sam do a brilliant job! I would highly recommend The Happily Ever Book Club to anyone!

Lovely boxes of choc bars that make great gifts for people who care about animals and are more interested in supporting shelters than getting Xmas presents (but who you also want to give a present to!). No pressure or hassle to sign up to the club, quick delivery & good comms - all round great experience.
I signed up for the monthly book club and, decided to also treat myself to the Spooktober box and, the festive one. Both boxes were packed brilliantly, the extra goodies were more than worth the price and it was lovely to unwrap a surprise book for December. The book club its self, is also great! Sam and April provide a good range of books for each month and are flexible. When the January Book was selected and I let them know I had already read that book, they happily arranged for me to receive one of the other books instead.
Lovely little surprise every month. I have been subscribed to the Book & pamper box for about 3 months now and loved the selection of books and items in it. It is made with care 🙂
I bought the Halloween box for myself and the treats were all themed and numerous! I really like the concept and the customer service is excellent! A great gift for others and a wonderful treat for yourself too!
As usual fab purchase.I brought the 12 days of books and am opening one book per month … challenging!!! The first I opened I haven’t read ,a period read Something different so that’s good.
I have recently received my second book box and I am really enjoying it. I also love that we can vote for which book we could possibly be reading the following month. I have really enjoyed what I have read so far and the little extras this small business do in book club. For example they recently had Christmas games with the winner receiving free books. If you are looking to join a book club (like I was) and you don't want to feel you need to commit each month this is the perfect company to join.
I’ve been looking for a low priced book subscription for ages and this one is such good value. Three books per month. I’ve not yet had a book I’ve read and I’m getting sent reads I would never usually pick up and so far I’ve really enjoyed all the books I’ve received. It’s my one little monthly treat and I’m so glad I found them x
I usually only write reviews to moan, but this is so great I wanted to tell everyone. Its great value for 3 books a month; and I haven't had a book I disliked yet. Only once have I received a book that I had already read (and it was a brilliant one) and they immediately replaced it. Customer service is lovely and friendly. They are a small business so sometimes delivery takes a little while, but well worth waiting for. My only complaint is that I don't have enough time to read them all
I don't really write reviews, but I love love this book box! I've been signed up for a few months. It's vegan, eco, and the staff are great. One of my boxes was stolen and they sorted it really quickly. They were also really sympathetic! It's reasonably priced, I get books I wouldn't have looked at otherwise, they donate to charities, you get tasty chocolate, they save books from landfill; if I were to start a company it'd be this one 😄 they also listen to feedback which is great.Highly, highly recommend!!
Good intentions! However, contents was as described, but all on the "cheaper" side and the first thing my wife said is, why don't I take the money and buy two books I do want! I personally don't like paperbacks, something I only thought about after receiving my first box - but this is no fault of theirs. Both books were on WWII, which was a bit disappointing since there are so many possible subjects! I think maybe the business should drop their profit margin and up the quality, or accept that its not possible to do a reasonable box when you're a small business. Hurts to tell the truth, but these are also all my own opinions - others could find things just fine!
I love a book subscription but I've been disappointed with this one which was a gift. There is no choice of books so often find books are like the ones on discount at the supermarket. The last book was very thin - only 145pages. Good for slow readers but poor for bookworms that like a good read that you can disappear into

I received 3 months of the book and pamper box - fantasy genre as a gift for Christmas and it was great.The coffee bags were good quality every month and the chocolate was also good quality and tasty (which can be hit or miss with vegan chocolate!)The beauty products included a bath fizz, a shampoo bar and a tube of face mask.The books were good quality one hardback 2 softcover.The only slight downsides were:1) I don't have a bath, so might be worth being able to put that info in when signing up for the boxes2) 2/3 books were YA fantasy. Both seem interesting so fairly happy with it but wish it was possible to opt for only adult fantasy if possible.Neither is a deal-breaker tbh and very thrilled with the boxes and would recommend them to anyone.
I love getting my box each month. Digging in to see what treats I have been sent and looking at the blurb on the book.So far the books have been varied in style but lovely to read widening my knowledge and apetite for authors who are new to me. Thank-you so much.
Bought a subscription for my daughter as part of her Xmas and very happy with the service. Books were delivered quickly, good selection and I'm sure she will love them and enjoy her subscription for a long time to come.
