Avoid Hasbro Pulse UK

Avoid Hasbro Pulse UK. They insist on using Yodel, the worst couriers in the country.I’ve had issues with Yodel for every Hasbro Pulse order. Usually the courier lying that they tried to deliver, when really they hadn’t bothered to turn up.However, this most recent order was the “best”.The Yodel driver handed my parcel to a stranger at the wrong address and then claimed to have delivered it to me. Basically the Yodel courier enabled a stranger to steal my parcel.Hasbro’s contact email is a “no reply” one, so I had to complain via their website. What is the point of a contact email they don’t reply to?I’m sick and tired of Hasbro Pulse UK and their dishonest friends at Yodel.I’ve gotten a refund from PayPal and cancelled my other pre-orders with Hasbro Pulse UK. I’ll buy from independent retailers in the future.

Avoid at all costs.

Ordered an item, found out that the item was cheaper everywhere else. When contacted (within the hour or ordering) and asked to cancel, I was told no and then also told me they don't price match either. Avoid buying anything at this place at all costs.

Absolutely terrible.

Absolutely terrible. So Hasbro now sell direct.Great for them, they keep all the money in their pockets.Especially at the prices they charge, which are more than most retailers. They also charge shipping on top.But they insist on using the worst couriers in the UK. And being let down at the last step of the journey.Multiple problems with orders from Hasbro Pulse. You'd think that with the extra money they make by dealing direct, they would be able to send with a decent courier, rather than the cheapest they could find.Gotta keep those share holders happy.Just top put a little cherry on top, when you have a problem with your order and drop them an email using the link at the bottom of the order tracking page, your email just bounces back to you.So my item is lost, and I can't contact Hasbro, good times. This could be the end of my relationship with Hasbro. Not good!

Hasbro pulse ignore you

My purchases were abandoned on the doorstep by yodel and it’s been two weeks since contacting Hasbro and they have still have not done anything. Just a generic acknowledgement. Amongst the worst customer service ive seen.

Yodel is a little disappointing as a carrier...The package was well packed and arrived safe in great condition.

Buyer beware! Shady! Shady! Shady!

I tried Hasbro Pulse for the first time a few days back. But they send me an open-box item under the ruse of it being new. I caught them on it because the manual for the toy was not in the box and the toy character's legs weren't zip-strapped like arms and torso were (straps looked tampered with btw) plus you could see holes in leg area where straps otherwise would go in. Im not a collector, I just like transformers from when I was a kid so I rolled with all this, but then I immediately find the toy has a scratch on it and its legs don't tab as they should. Hmmmm unstrapped legs. Legs that don't tab. So obvious, right? I then reached out to Hasbro Pulse on their next business day and they declined to do exchange - some asinine policy of theirs... that they don't exchange once a product's box is opened and that they'll only exchange when its the unopened box itself that's damaged not the product inside the box. ??? Funny they sent me a previously opened box to begin with. Talk about shady. The audacity to send an open box item to a customer just summarizes these people. Furthermore in telling them I'm not a collector and therefore care way more about the condition of the product content than I do the box it came in, their response was most of their customers are collectors and care for the box - Im not sure how that's relevant to the matter of them knowingly sending me an open box item and now playing ignorant about it and not exchanging the product like a legitimate business would. So I shipped product back to them and have gotten my credit card company involved in case these low-lives dare try to keep my money. I also had written a review of the experience to their site, this was days ago. It hasn't posted of course. As I suspected they clearly silence negative reviews. This can't possibly be a legitimate business so much as just a coterie of fans posing as a distributor. (The hypocrisy of these type of people.) Anyhow, I was able to get the product elsewhere for a much better deal (AND free shipping) and will never be buying anything from Hasbro Pulse ever again. Im not a 'one-strike-out' person but that Hasbro Pulse operates more like a sleazy black market operation than a legitimate one...; easy for me to write them off permanently. So thanks Hasbro Pulse - I wouldn't have learned of this better alternative to you were it not for your incompetence.

It's now HasbroPulse

First thing first, get a Hasbropulse membership. If you don't have one then forget about this review. The membership offers free shipping and sometimes free first dibs at con exclusives like leftover San Diego ComicCon merch. The website is set up mostly for collectors so they don't offer much non-collector items. On the other hand they do offer a lot of collectors exclusives so you can find a lot cool stuff. Pre-orders are easy to do and cancel if you need to. Since it's technically the manufacturers website they do get first dibs on some merch but everything is at retail. They rarely do sales, the last sale was on Black Friday but that doesn't change the fact of its great selection. If you have any problems with your orders they are really good with help, it does take a while but they can resolve it. Bought a toy that had bad a broken leg because of bad manufacturing. They replaced the toy after a few emails back and forth and pictures of the problem.I can only say good things about their new websites and I highly recommend it. If you don't have a membership I recommend getting one.

Over £500 spent- and my order was lost!

Having ordered over £500 worth of special edition Magic the Gathering Cards I waited over 3 weeks to receive these, shipped on what was supposed to be Global Priority. What happened then got even worse- the company Hasbro opted to ship with in the UK left my parcel outside for it to be taken!!!Since my contract is with the sender Yodel have pointed me back to Hasbro.. and despite my request for escalation and despite providing all the evidence, it is taking over a week to get anywhere near a resolution. If i'd have known these were going to be shipped without a signature required on delivery i'd have never have ordered them. I'm absolutely disgusted with the way I've been treated so far.I've done everything I possibly can my end- i've even provided a crime reference number.I'm massively disappointed that something so simple as to place an order and get it delivered properly has turned into an utter shambles.. and i'm out of pocket to boot! Utter disgrace!

Items arrived damaged and they don't care

I have placed many orders on their site for exclusive items. They always ship them in too large of a box with barely any packing supplied to fill the void. Boxes arrive caved in and the items are crushed. I try to return for an exchange and the customer service interrogates asking if I'm a collector because they don't guarantee mint condition. I am not looking for mint, I just don't want damages stuff. Is that too hard to ask? They come up with so many excuses and do everything they can to not take a return. I think they take pride in sending damaged stuff.
