The sound is exactly what I expected
The sound is exactly what I expected. And boy am I happy. Neutral the H1H headphones are unimposing, but with some EQ tweaking they blast for sure. Admittedly the bass is a bit tame on the H1H but still sound great.The H1E earbuds sound good too. They have a bit more oomph out of the box, but still require some minimal EQ tweaking to shine. Worth the price? We'll see how they hold up over the next 2 years. If they can consistently deliver for that long then yes they are worth the price. I had some technical difficulties with the H1E's and after a product replacement I figured out the problem was on my end. Heavys customer support responds quickly and took care of me.

Heavy's earbuds aren't as good as their OTEs
I love Heavy's over-the-ear headphones they sound great and are probably the best headphones I ever bought...WHICH IS WHY I was so disappointed with their earbuds. They are not loud, the noise canceling is very weak and they have a very bad connectivity issue. I tried to talk to Heavy's support but they immediately got defensive told me I was a couple of days past my warranty and thar they could not help me...done. I paid 250 for these earbuds and im not rich but I was investing in a travel version of Heavy's because the OTE headphones are definitely not made for travel. I recommend the OTEs but they need to work on their earbuds because the headphones my wife bought at 5 below(retailed at 15 dollars) sound better and are louder. I feel like I got taken, ripped off, and I'm extremely disappointed, especially since I have been a loyal customer since they opened their doors.

Excellent customer support – issue resolved professionally…
After experiencing a technical issue with my HEAVYS H1H headphones, I contacted customer support and was assisted by Gen.The troubleshooting process required several steps (including firmware updates and customs handling for the replacement), but throughout the entire process the communication was polite, patient, and solution-oriented.Even when there were complications with FedEx and customs clearance, the support team stayed responsive and made sure everything was resolved properly. The replacement arrived safely and works perfectly.I really appreciate the professional and supportive handling of my case. Thank you to Gen and the HEAVYS team!

Great product and service
I have ordered twice from Heavy’s. Once for myself for the H1H headset, once for the earbuds for my fiancé. I love the products, the audio quality is unmatched. On my second order, my delivery was lost by the shipping company. Heavy’s immediately overnighted me another set, making my Valentine’s Day gift deadline. They were communicating with me the entire time. Their customer service is legit. Will be a lifetime customer.

sound quality is not adequate for the price
The sound quality is not adequate for the price. They are not the worst, but you can find much better headphones for this price. I am very disappointed with the quality. Fortunately, returning the product was not difficult.

The Heavys headphones are awesome
The Heavys headphones are awesome. They sound amazing and the ability to adjust the equalizer in the app is really great. I have a small head and I emailed them about it and they sent me a small-fit kit that makes the headphones fit perfectly now. No more weird pressure on the top of my head and below my ears. And it was easy to install. Their customer service was great to work with- very responsive and helpful. Quick shipping as well. All around a good experience here. Poor customer Service
Does anyone actually read these.I ordered on 1-23-26 I paid the extra expedited shipping of 7.99 so I could get it 3-5 days.7 days after that order I inquired why my order hadn't shipped yet, I was told that it was due to weather delays. They refunded me my 7.99 since I didnt get the 3-5 day service, ah how nice right, NOPE the tracking showed my order was being shipped ground shipping and I would not receive my order until Feb 17th. Yeh that's right 24 days to receive something that was assured for 3-5 days. Imagine my irritation at being mislead, never mind that they did not try to rectify anything by fixing how it was shipped or even saying their sorry for the inconvenience of delays caused by them and not the actual weather.

Not as Heavy as they should be.
I purchased these earbuds to replace my AirPods, hoping they would be just as good—if not better. What initially caught my interest was how clearly they’re tailored to heavy metal listeners: the name, the band collaboration, the design, and even the vocals used when inserting the earbuds all felt thoughtfully done.I was pleasantly surprised by the noise cancellation, the comfortable, form-fitting ear canal design, and the companion app, which allows for EQ adjustments and firmware updates. Those features made a strong first impression and added to the overall appeal.However, during the week I’ve owned them, I’ve noticed a few issues. The sound quality sometimes changes noticeably after switching from a phone call back to music, dropping from a solid, balanced sound to something that feels cheap and hollow. I’ve also experienced problems with the earbuds not charging properly in the case and, on a few occasions, failing to connect to my phone.
